    hi guys,
    nag-email kasi acs sakin na need daw ng stat dec sa previous ABC company ko (reference lang kasi naisubmit ko)

    my question is:
    ok lang ba na magpa-sign ng affidavit sa manager ko from my previous ABC employer, at the same time meron na ako existing na certificate of employment at that ABC company na already signed by the same person (my manager)?

    hello po,

    My hubby got a positive result as of today under 261312 (Developer Programmer) , however his qualification was compared to AQF Associate Degree with a major in computing. He finished BSIT on June 2005.

    His Work Experienced are as follows;
    May 2005- Aug 2007 1st job (Programmer I) - with COE, ITR & Payslip
    Sep 2007 - Feb 2008 2nd Job (Platform Engineer) - no COE & others
    Mar 2008 - Nov 2009 3rd Job (Computer Programmer) - no COE & others
    Apr 2010 - Present 4th Job (Web Developer) - with COE, contract, ITR & Payslip

    So, 1st & 4th job lang pina-assess nmin, ACS result was "The following employment after January 2013 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261312 (Developer Programmer)".

    PLease advise;
    1. kung pwede po bang magpare-assess to different Anzco Code (Web Developer).
    2. pwede rin ba akong mag-claim ng partners skills kung same CSOL kmi ni hubby?

    @bevs_castle24 if i may suggest, wag ka na magpare-assess under web developer. try another "independent" job code. web developer has very limited availability and is under state nomination. hubby was assessed under that job code and we are having some difficulties with the requirements, a bit tedious.

    if your duties and responsibilities matches with anzsco for developer programmer,
    then i believe you will have more than 10 years experience assessment less na siguro yung tinatawag na "bawas"... second will be your qualification credentials, if your school is under section 1, most likely na bachelors degree. which school did you go ba? may link dito nung school sections

    @gerardds i graduated ay PUP sta mesa.

    Yung CoE ako mismo gumawa based on the required dun sa dev programmer then pina-approve ko sa manager ko. Binigay ko din sa HR namin at okey naman sa kanila. I need 25 points sa ACS assessment at 7 sa IELTS din to qualify at least 60 points.

    @chichan.. nasa SOL naman job code mo? why not? ako na nasa 65 points na without SS. kaso nasa CSOL naman.. kaya hayan wait mode ako for next year pa or pa reassess for sys ad, 400AUD na naman para umabot sa oct 15. :|
    @raiden14 alam ko both SOL and CSOL ok yung code ko :)

    OK na ACS ko, counted na yung unang work ko so by October 2014 meron na kong 5 years experience. OK na rin yung result nung IELTS ko. :)
    by 1st of october ba 5th year mo? kasi u can submit the eoi now para nakapila ka na. anyway, you will be given 2 months to lodge a valid visa application upon invitation to apply. :-)
