hi gerrards.. do they really investigate to the deep details, kasi mostly ng signatory ng COEs ko.. eh kung nde bagong HR.. eh mga higher directors na na walang masyadong attachment sa function ko when i was working with them

@J_Oz Thank you po. nalito kasi ako sa pinsan ko na nasa AU sabi ko for Educational points we will based it sa Assessing body sabi nya hindi daw. Since Sect 2 ang school ko 10 pts pa lang daw ang pede ko iclaim. Anyway nakahinga nk ng maluwag it seems d na nya alam ang process since 8 years n sya sa AU. Thanks ng madami

@MyOZdream well pwede natin ask yan dito sa forum hehehe. And ang alam ko ang ACS or any assessing body e nagbibigay lang ng opinion on our qualification. DIAC parin ang magdedecide kung sa tingin nila equivalent nga to aus standard. Hehe

@J_Oz May kilala ka ba na nagclaim ng 15 points based sa Assessing body's assessment pero DIAC still changed it to 10 pts? Sorry mejo kinabahan kasi ako. hehe

@magoo_z Different scenario po sya.. yung sa kanya it was refused because of the experience not the Educational points. yung question ko po what if naaassessed as equivalent to BS Degree pero section 2, is there a way n mareject kasi dapat 10 points lang ang pagclaim dun? wala pa kasi ako alam na ganun pero yung pinsan ko na nasa Au na insisted that I should only claim 10 points for my Education when ACS assessed it as BS degree

Hi po just top give you update approve na po assessment from ACS though my wife is Accounting grad with 7 years experience sa IT field.. Ano na po ang next move? kailagan ba IELTS if state sponsorship? thanks

@MyOZdream i'm not sure why you have to worry kung anong section ng school mo considering na nafinalised na yung acs assessment mo. most ng maakikita mo dito sa forum eh anxious lang sila sa kung anong category nag fall ang school nila pag hindi pa na approve ang assessment or during the process. meaning they are concerned and worried kung ano ang i grant sila ng acs - aqf diploma, degree at kung ilang years ang ibabawas sa work xp nila.

kung na assess ka as bachelors degree then 15 points yung i claim mo sa eoi. 10 points kung na assess ka as aqf diploma. i dont think that would be an overclaim kasi nag based ka sa assessment outcome mo from acs.

dibp though would have the last say sa pag award ng points.

@grant512 depende sa state na aapplayan mo. for victoria one of the requirements eh dapat my ielts kana at ma meet mo yung respective band for your selected occupation or anzco code.

nonetheless, next setp mo pa pa din eh ang kumuha ng ielts kasi kelangan yun sa pag submit mo ng eoi.

Ganito rin naisip ko. Ang points kasi based sa kung ano assessed ng ACS. So you can claim 15 pts. Pero un nga dibp parin ang may last say. Pero wala pa naman akong nabalitaan na binawasan yung points nila. Normally nagkakaprob overclaiming ng points sa skills dahil sa deduction ni ACS...

@MyOZdream if the ACS assessed your education as bachelor, diploma or masters,
then DIBP will based your points as per that assessment, but if no assessment sa ACS letter regarding education (RPL for example) then that is the time that DIBP will look for other reference such as CEP. I havent read anything na nagbawas ng points dahil ibang source ang pinagbasehan nila, though may cases na nagbawas sila sa experience dahil lack of proof sa employment

you need to amend the letter according to ANZSCO. just write at least 5 duties u do at work which are related or similar to your nominated occupation.

Victoria...sobrang mahal na ng bahay dito sa NSW, OA na sa mahal, parang imposible na makabili... in demand din IT sa Victoria... just my opinion never been there but I'm thinking of moving there for the said reasons

@grant512 ano anzsco code ng misis mo? ngayon kasi closed na ang IT sa NSW sponsorship
you need to wait till january kung magopen sya.. i think ganun din sa Vic. pero kung nasa 60 na kayo without SS then 189 is better

This June 2015 mag-expired na ang ACS result ko. Kung magpapaassess ba ulit ako, kailangan ko pa bang magpaCTC ulit? Npansin ko kasi sa stamp ng Notary Public may date. Ano ba yun validity pagkakaCTC ng docs mo?

One thing pala, hindi ko daw pwedeng iclaim yung work experience after ng release ng date ng ACS assessment kasi hindi ito nakaindicate dun if ikiclaim ko sa DIAC? Tama ba?

@grant512 then 190 state sponsored kayo, maybe you can provide more info such as age, education, years of experience at least we can advice whether you still need state sponsorship or independent

@buchock wala namang validity yung CTC, for my case, ilang years na yung CTC ng ibang docs ko when I applied for assessment

kahit di ka na magpaassess siguro kasi mabilis naman invitations less than 1 month after submitting EOI if your anzsco is 2613. I think puede mo maclaim yung points ng work experience after release ng date of assessment as long as you still work in the same company
