@dreambig analyst programmer yung nominated occupation ko. bali pinattern ko cya sa anzco job description para lang sure pero cyempre mas detailed ko pa at include ko yung clients and language na ginamit ko. ngayon antay pa ko ng result.

@stynx Hi po! Yung kasama ko po nagpa assess. Sept 24 sya nagpasa then kinaumagahan stage 4 na rin agad. Super kabado sa result hirap pla mag antay.

Yung current na agency ko na acquire ng another agency, pano kaya yung employment reference letter nun? ang naiisip ko is employment reference letter sa dating agency then employment dates (5 months lang) tapos another employment letter sa acquiring agency. or pwede kaya na parang continous na employment na lang tapos yung name ng acquiring agency ilalagay ko? TIA

Actually ganun din ako, through agency pero naka deploy din sa client. wala din masyado alam yung agency regarding sa duties and responsibilities ko ako pa mag poprovide sa kanila.

Yun lang din po ang kagandahan minsan, yung mga ganyan ang madaling kausap, they can accomodate you kung ano man yung kailangan... Kapag Corporate..naku patay kana kung ano anong privacy and confidentiality policy ang ipang tatapat sayo hehehehe which makes things a bit complicated.

Kapag na overcome natin ang inip sa paghihintay sa ACS, malamang sa susunod na mga paghihintay ay ok na, kasi after nito panibagong paghihintay na naman ;-)

nakita ko na po yung template. affidavit pla ang kailangan ko kasi nasa pinas ako. pakichek po kung tama yung content na gawa ko baka kc may kulang o kaya mali.... ipapanotaryo po ito diba? so ito na mismo yung iiscan at ipapasa sa ACS right?

Hi guys, question for this Affidavit:

1. Yung section na "Subscribed and Sworn..." is it handwritten to be filled up by Notary public? I was just wondering if I can do it on my own, print and ask my Superior to sign it for me and bring it over to any Notary Public or do I need to ask my superior to go with me sa Notary Public?

2. Also, I assume this is per position?

3. One more thing, I assumed a position in our company na hindi kasama or officially declared sa amin kase its more of like a training prior to another position, can I also come up with an Affidavit for that or need it to reflect on my COE?

4. Also, kailangan pa ba ng Company Letterhead or something?

Kailangan po kung sino yung naka sign, sya po ang haharap sa Notary public / lawyer.
Yun content po above eh ibang tao yung affiant, puede po kasi na ikaw ang affiant pero depende po yun sa mag assess kung puede ang self declaration ;-)

2. Per position on the same company? If yes, puede nyo po gawin yun kung nagbabago po yung superior nyo per position. Kung halimbawa nagbago position nyo pero same superior, puede nyo na lang pagsamahin sa isang affidavit entailing yung roles nung mga positions na na-handle nyo.

3. Affidavit po is kung wala kayo makuha na COE na merong roles. Granted na yung training eh for this/that position, puede nyo po isama dun sa affidavit or COE nyo. Basta yung total of years dapat kasama na lahat dun, kung naka 3 positions kayo, naka 4 trainings, basta in totality is the number of years.

4. Affidavit po di na kailangan. Ang kailangan po is yung details nung nag sign sa affidavit mapa Notary Public man or Lawyer. Kung COE po, yan po ang kailangan. Check nyo po yung requirements for work reference.

Ok lang bang iisang affiant pero iba't ibang position? Kase, wala na yung ibang superior ko and yung iba ayaw ko ipaalam ang plans ko. Or isang Affidavit na lang enumerate the position and then the responsibilities tapos ilagay ko na lang "Mr. Blank performed the following duties and responsibilities based on the positions stated below":
