hi guys, question po regarding CTC. yng diploma at TOR po ba kailangan po ba blue print or ok na po ipasa yng galing sa University na binigay nila?

ano2 po ba yng mga dapat ipa CTC beside sa COE,birth certificate? yng Reference Letter po ba kailangan pa maski galing n sa company at may letter head at pirma?

sino po yng authorize gumawa ng CTC? yng public notary ba pwede po ba yun?

hello again fellow oz-dreamers, hingi po ako help sa mga nagsubmit using RPL route. meron po ba kayo tips kung papano ilalatag yung project report form? mejo ok na ako dun sa 2 projects na kelangan ko idiscuss since experience ko naman yun. mejo hirap ako sa format nung "Areas of Knowledge". paano po ba diskarte dun? thanks in advance sa mga magsheshare and Godbless always!

Hi @blackrose, I based my RPL from someone I know na successful yung RPL nya, that helped me compose my 'Area of knowledge' I can give you my RPL pero I think more useful sya kung positive na yung assessment ko hehe... baka assuming lang ako, give me your email I'll send it over once I got a positive result. @rguez06, wow super thank you po at hindi ko tatanggihan ang offer mo pero sasagarin ko na po ang swerte, ok lang po ba kahit wala pa yung possitive result? i'm sorry for being too forward, binigyan lang po kasi ako ng 30days to submit my RPL kaya eto cramming ako for information. my application will be due by end of feb. i hope you don't mind po and thank you again for all the help and support. ok na yung diploma at TOR from University. Photocopy then CTC mo lng sa notary public.
sa COE, need na meron letter head ng company. dpat lahat ng information required by ACS andun sa COE.

@solidjeff thanks po sa pag clarify. problemado pa nga po ako sa isa kong COE ksi ayaw magbigay ng COE with JD so need ko mag draft ng sarili ko then papirmahin sa Manager ko before with statutory declaration.

May question nga po pla ko regarding dyan..ksi yng manager ko nsa US sya ngyn so scan ko lng po yng papairmahan ko s kanya then print nya tpos scan ulit para ma return skn.. ok lng po ba yng gnun na after nya ibalik skn yng scan copy e papa CTC ko? pwede po kaya yun?

Nag-Statutory Declaration din ako kc ayaw din ng dati kong company na magbigay ng detailed COE... eh nasa labas ako nang Pinas so ako mismo ngprepare ng staturory declaration doc then pinapirmahan ko sa ex-manager ko then pinapick-up ko sa kapatid ko sa Pinas then pinacourier ko via DHL. Dapat po kc original yung copy na ipapa -CTC mo eh...

@Hunter_08 ok lng yan bsta ensure mo lng lahat ng info required ng ACS nsa affidavit. Ang importante nman mapa-notaryo mo yung affidavit. Hingi ka na lng din ng photocopy ng any gov't id ng boss mo pra khit ikaw na lng mgpa-notaryo.

@Hunter_08 manager mo ba yung upper next level mo? kung meron ka nman lead or senior lead na ngsusupervise sa yo. Sya na lng maging signatory ng gagawin mong affidavit.

@solidjeff ksi yng lead ko wala na sa ex company ko so Im not sure kng valid yng gnun so yng Manager ko nandun p sya at yun pumayag nman sya na pirmahan at ibigay yng contact details nya.. kailangan po ba na humingi pa ko ng photocopy ng govt ID nya para mapa CTC ko?

question po ulit.. medyo naguluhan po ako sa statuatory declaration ah..ksi ako pinagawa ko sa attorney (public notary) yng statuatory declaration ko tpos gumawa ako ng draft COE na may detailed JD ko then papapirmahan ko sa Manager ko yng COE with JD at statuatory declaration..tama po ba yun?

@Hunter_08 lead ska ikaw ay wla na sa company nyo? actually, ok lng yun kc yung lead mo won't speak up on behalf of the company nman eh. Declaration nya yun na na-supervise ka nya during ng stint nyo sa company.

ang pagkakaalam ko statutory declaration ang term na gamit ng australia, sa pinas affidavit nman ang katumbas nito. Ikaw na mgdraft ng affidavit pra mas mura lng babayaran mo kpg ngpa-notaryo ka. eto yung pattern na ginamit ko http://legal-forms.philsite.net/general-affidavit.htm

@solidjeff so hndi po pwede yng gagawin ko na scan ko yng statuatory declaration tpos scan back nya skn chaka ko papa CTC?

@Hunter_08 50-50 yung chances mo dyn kung papayag ba yung ngnonotaryo na printed copy lng dala mo. Bsta hingi ka na din ng copy ng any gov't id to support na legit yung affidavit na papanotaryo mo. Kpg pumayag, ok na yun. Kpg may doubt nman yung ACS, pwd nman kontakin nila yung signatory ng affidavit mo eh.

ang ginawa ko lang (approved naman)... photocopy the original.. then ipina-CTC ung copy... dinala ko yung original of course kc cocompare nila. Then yung CTC'd ang pinasa ko sa ACS.

Hingi ka na rin ng copy ng company ID nung ex-boss mo pati contact info kasi ngveverify ang ACS randomly.

@solidjeff thanks so beside dto sa affidavit gagawa ako ng draft COE ko na may JD di ba tpos papirmahin ko din yng Manager ko dun..parang yng affidavit is dinedeclare lng nya na tama yng mga nkasulat dun sa draft COE ko na may JD?

@Khaosan_Road thanks po.. need ko ksi ng statuatory declaration so need ko din ipa CTC yun pati yng COE na ni draft ko..yup thanks po hihingi po ako ng valid govt ID nya para just in case..

@Hunter_08 COE is provided by your company. Since wlang JD, affidavit comes to play to complete the missing info. So ang ipapasa mo sa ACS yung COE mo na CTC then affidavit containing all the info including the JD.

@solidjeff ah gnun ba iba pla pagkaintindi ko ksi skn hiniwalay ko yng affidavit tpos gumawa ako ng draft n COE ko with JD...parang pinapatotohanan ng affidavit yng nkasulat sa ginawa kong Draft..hehehe..mali pla ko...lol.. thanks solidjeff sa pag clear...

@Hunter_08 di ka pwd gumawa ng COE na gamit yung company letter head. kakahingi ko lng ng COE sa dti ntin company. Wla tlgang JD but they provided a certificate of explanation for not including JD. 2 binigay nila, COE and Certificate of Explanation.

@solidjeff ako din nkahingi na ko ng new COE at explanation letter bks ko pa pickup sa kapatid ko...hehehe..

so dpat yng affidavit e nandun na yng JD ko tama ba? so yun lng yng nkalagay dun pero yng parang date of employment is dun n lng sa COE na binigay ng dati nating company?

@Hunter_08 sa affidavit, dpt andun yung JD. Ayun nga yung rason bkt ka ng-affidavit kc wla sa COE eh.. hehehe... ok lng khit mamention ulit sa affidavit yung ibang info like employment date, worked as full time and position.

If Unable to Obtain an Employment Reference
If an applicant is unable to obtain an employment reference on a company letterhead from an employer, an applicant can submit a third party Statutory Declaration from a work colleague and signed by an authorised witness.

Third party Statutory Declarations will be subject to the verification and discretion of the ACS, and noted to DIAC for authentication against fraud and plagiarism.
Important Note: Self-references from applicants in the form of a first person statutory declaration cannot be accepted as evidence of employment and cannot be assessed. Statutory Declarations must be from a third party work colleague and signed by an authorised witness to be accepted for assessment.

A Statutory Declaration from a work colleague must describe the working relationship with the applicant and supply details of the duties performed by the applicant with relevant dates of employment. It is preferable that the work colleague providing the statutory declaration be at a supervisory level.

@Hunter_08, nag Statutory Declaration din po ako... eto po mga docs na niprepare ko para sa 1st company ko na ayaw mag provide ng Detailed COE.
1. COE from my company A.. (without JD) . HR also provided his company ID
2. Letter addressed to ACS from my ex boss stating my job description, position, tenureship, etc. I also asked for my ex-boss' company ID and his contact info.
3. Statutory Declaration stating that im unable to provide a COE with JD printed on Company's letterhead as per ACS requirement. But I've prepared a document detailing my previous work/role as verified by my previous boss (this is document no 2)

Then pina CTC ko po yang 3 docs along with the photo copy of their IDs.

P.S. Kailangan yung detailed job description mo para ma-assess kung yung work mo is suitable sa nominated occupation. Otherwise, they wont include those years... Sayang naman diba?

For example, 1st job ko Software Engineer ang position ko... and I worked there for 4 yrs.. kailangan related sa Analyst Programmer ung roles and responsibilities, otherwise, they wont count the 4 years...

@Khaosan_Road thanks sa info.. yup nabasa ko po yan.. pero i think its more important yng role and responsibility mo kesa sa job title mo ksi dun ata nila e base kng qualified ka dun sa occupation na dinaclare mo..tama po ba?

@solidjeff 60 lang kc I didn't get any point sa IELTS. Nagbakasakali lang ngsubmit ng EOI at I was just lucky to receive invitation kaagad. Kaya before maubos ang slot sa Programmer for this year, submit na ng EOI kaagad! (ACS and IELTS muna ha hehe)

@Hunter_08, yep yep kc super generic ung Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Team Lead position, kaya importante talga yung detailed roles and responsibilities.

Actually depende sa nominated occupation.. dba may ceiling sila per occupation.. so kapag naubos na yun, kahit 80 or more ka pa, next yr ka na maiinvite... Cguro konti lang programmers na nagsubmit kaya nung nginvite sila napasama ako sa quota... luck lang din I guess...

Good luck sa ACS mo.. actually pwede ka na pa sked ng IELTS para mabilis na
