    I'm pretty sure, manually nila chinecheck ang Listening exam kaya hindi sila magiging strikto sa formats maliban nga lang kung sobrang mali na ng spelling hehe

    Question lng di pa ba safe ang L1 visa sa US? Di ba pwede ka mg apply ng green card on your own pag matagal ka na diyan?
    Next to impossible ang application ng green card for L1 visa... Last time I checked, you need to be in the US for at least 10 years to get a shot, and even that is doesnt guarantee you a green card... Unlike H1 na 5 years lang pwede na (i dont know kung nagbago rin to)...

    Who knows mas tumindi pa ang criteria since palapit na ang eleksyon, every new administration, madaming iniimplement na changes sa immigration laws sa US and usually pa-strict ng pa-strict kasi unlike AU and Canada, may oversupply sila ng skilled people dun..

    Hello po,
    Pasensya na kayo, tama nga po si @k_mavs medyo busy nga po ako sa work. :( Di nga ako masyado nakakapagaral kasi maski weekend nag wowork ako.
    Anyway, nakakapagaral na po ako ulit. May tanong lang po pala ako.

    Nalilito po kasi ako dates and digits/words. Paano ba ang tamang pagsulat ng date, halimbawa sinabi nung nsa listening "Give no more than three words" ay "available during the 28th of November...." sinulat ko kasi sa sago ko ay 28th of November... pero sa answer key ay 28 November.

    tapos sa number po, paano ba yung tama halimbawa sinabi sa recording ay "Fifty cars are available........" paano ba ang sagot pag sa how many na tanong? "Fifty cars" or "50 Cars"?

    Sagot ko kasi ay "Fifty cars" pero ang nakalagay sa answer key ay "50 cars"...

    Anong gamit mong reviewer... If my memory serves me right, yung mga cambridge reviewer, nandun yung lahat ng correct format sa answer key... So dapat may nakalagay na 50 Cars / Fifty cars, etc...

    Also, if kelangan ng number sa sagot, I think sinasabi sa voice recording yun like: "no more than 3 words, and a number" parang ganun

    Question lng di pa ba safe ang L1 visa sa US? Di ba pwede ka mg apply ng green card on your own pag matagal ka na diyan?
    For L1, i believe you need an employer to be able to apply your green card.. and it takes time to prove na ung skills mo ay hindi available sa mga kano.. makalipas ang ilang taong paghihintay.. walang kasiguruhan.... matatapos ang visa mo na wla pang result..

    kaya applying for immigration AU is a better option..

    Pagdating ng Nobyembre, mukhang mananalo si Tony Abbott bilang Prime Minister kaya malamang hihigpitan na naman nila yung immigration guidelines :-S

    you need to get you TRF.. scan it and attach ksama sa DIAC application..
    hindi na kailangang i send pa sa DIAC...

    if you have enough points for 175.. apply na.. kasi baka kapusin ka pa ng oras if you will apply for SS 176.. lalo na hindi ka nmn nagmamadali..

    either IELTS with 4.5 in each band or college/diploma with certification of english as medium of instruction..

    also, if you are applying online... you can start filling-up the online application form and just save it kung di ka pa man matapos.. then you can retrieve it after.. hindi mo pa kailangan ang mag attached ng documents while doing this..

    after mo magbayad online.. they will send you confirmation email with your transaction number (TRN) and the same list of docs required... pag meron kana nito.. saka ka pa lang mag attach ng lahat ng mga required docs..
