150 dollars per week (doesn't include bills)
in close proximity to shopping centres, very accessible to public transport (bus stop and tram stop is just a few meters away from the house)
near preston wet market (one of the cheapest wet markets in all of melbourne -TIPID TO THE MAX)
40 minute tram ride to the city.
generally lower cost of living kasi nasa suburb as compared to living in the city

you will be sharing the house with 2 very friendly couples.
