Salamat so maghihintay ako ng ganyan katagal, natatakot nga ako sa mga nababasa ko ngayon siyempre pinaghirapan ko iyong pera tapos baka matulad ako sa kanila.

dont worry, I saw from some other forums may napadala talaga sila sa AU. siguro tlagang hindi lang sila efficient. dont lose hope.

And don't just depend on your agent. Do some readings para alam mo kung pano sila ichase..

Thank you for this one at least may panghahawakan ako kahit papaano, natakot din ako kasi pareho kami ng mga sentiments ng iba, hindi sila nagbibigay ng updates kapag di mo sila kinukulit tapos pa-iba iba iyong cellphone numbers na ginagamit nila sa pang reply.

@rebelde Hi there! Average processing time will depend on the assessing authority, example, VETASSESS is within 3months, TRA is within 20 working days. Pero gulat ako sa 6 months! Which assessing body is it? I'm a regustered migration agent myself and parang wala pa ako na-encounter na skills assessment that took 6months!

@rebelde Hi, I hope na maging maayos yung application mo, It's kinda sad and it makes me angry how some people are so inconsiderate and are taking advantage over others. Just a piece of advice, since it's over a year make sure to update them with any changes regarding your employment etc para walang maging problem. I hope everything will be fine. Just a piece of advice din sa mga may balak na mag-agency, I think mas maganda na kayo na lang ang magprocess. Itong forum nato ay goldmine para sa lahat. Sayang at nauna akong nagcommit sa agency. God Bless sa lahat..

@rebelde sayang sir yun lang masasabi ko saiyo, sabi ng uncle ko (former captain in our barangay) madami na silang naloko, sadly po, but this company is scam po. check nyo man po sa POEA there are not register po.

hay naku, Basta ung Ate ko nakuha na nya Partner Visa nya for Australia with the help of INS. and FYI hindi naman Recruitment Agency ang INS para mkita nio sa POEA. Consultancy Firm po sila sa Securities and Exchanged Commission/ SEC nio daw po cla mkkita so ngsearched naman ako ito po Keyword ang aking ginamit "IMMIGRATION NETWORK SVCS. INC."

first bago kayo mag engage try nyo muna check competitors nila I was about to engage in this company and then I find out na andami nilang HIDDEN CHARGES may kilala akong expert sa ganito at sobra syang nabigla sa dami ng hidden charges na nilagay nila sa babayaran mo aside sa professional fee na more than 100k. buti nalang may nakita kaming iba na mas mura halos 50k lang pf nila legal din and na approved pa visa ng kapatid ko di lang naman sila ang may kayang magpa approved ng visa nyo. madami din silang competitors dyan na mas matutulungan pa kayo wag kayo papaloko sayang lang magagastos nyo dito. yun lang gusto ko lang kayo matulungan peo kung gusto nyo parin mag engage dito bahala kayo pera nyo naman yan

@elsa81 yes! almost 18months din kc inantay pa mg 1 year ung relationship ng boyfriend nya sa australia. worth it ang pag antay. Partner Visa ang inapply nya. Goodluck sa application mo tyaga lang

Irony of all negative comments hurled against INS ,Ako, i have the best experience with INS, Before I was hesitant to have my application handled by so called Consultancy Firm, sabi marunong naman ako so I once filed my application myself sa Australian Embassy, unfortunately na refused because of some technical knowledge pagdating sa pag fill out ng mga forms which is very crucial pala, so ayaw ko na mag apply ulit even though my sister who is in Australia convincing me to apply again since she was very supportive of me providing me with financial support. I told her wag nalang baka ma refuse lang ulit ako. Until one of my friends invited me sa Despedida party nya, she and her family was granted an immigrant Visa in Australia. I asked her sino tumulong sayo, sagot nya INS,she told me the details about INS, so I called up their Pampanga Branch office and inquire. I attended their seminar orientation and was able to talked to one of their Immigration Consultant, They guided me with the preparation of my application from start until approval of my Visa, everyone in INS was very customer service oriented and helpful and of course very cooperative din ako as client sa kanila. I even met one of their officer in one of my visit in their Head office in Ayala Makati who is an Australian Citizen, she was very cordial and hospitable, and the rest is History... My Australian Visa was approved just last month and now I'm preparing for my own Despedida party.

hello! i'm manila cortez, from Pangasinan, magshare lang ako ng experience ko rin sa INS,
umaattend ako sa Seminar nla nung January 14, 2012, isa ako sa mga nkaqualified for independent immigrant category sa CANADA, and yes nagsign-up ako sa knla at ngPSR ako ng 20k para ma-avail ko ang discount, ngfully paid ako (my remaining balance with their professional fee P65k so over all is 85k) within 3 days para mkuha ko rin ung knilang free IELTS workshop, yes nung una tlga nalakihan ako sa babayaran pero that time nmn is my ipon nman ako so ngGO tlga ako, sa mga sumunod na buwan ngbayad ako ng case management fee,ctc,soa,sa,cf at ngtake din ako ng exam ko sa ielts, after a year 2013 my updates ako ntanggap ntransfer sa QUEBEC ang application ko so ngbayad ako ng adjustment fee and filling fee ngsubmit ako ng mga ibang pang requirements ko... after a year (2014 wala ako ngtanggap n updates) akala ko wala nato naloko na ata ako... nanghihinanayang n ako pero patuloy pa rin ako sa pag dasal, 2015 wlang updates pa rin.. pero itong October 2016 nkatanggap n ako ng update tumawag sa akin si Mam Nora na my QSC na ako thank GOD! tuloy tuloy na pag-pasa nlang ng documents, medical then stamping visa na.
ADVICE ko lang sainyo chagaan lang tlga at kung gusto nio tlga mgsettledown sa abroad ipursue nio hindi porket hindi kaya ang service fese ng isang company sisiraan nio

As a reputable migration business with Mara registered staff , the most distressing part of our role is having clients come to us with bad experiences they need rectified .
These clients have come from both non registered and
other registered agents that are unprofessional.

It is always a more difficult task correcting a poorly submitted visa application.

In 99% of cases attention to detail and experienced advise would alleviate a refused application.

Our advice is always insist on checking their Mara registration.

Talk to them as to their experience in the type of visa you require .

A good agent will look at all options. In many cases pathway options you have not considered.
