Reply to @lock_code2004: Uy, hindi na ko nakreply sa msg mo kanina. Mejo na confuse ako kasi akala ko yung Bachelor's Degree eh ung recognized sa AUS, meaning akala ko from Aus University or ung recognized Uni sa Pnas which is hindi ako dun pumasok.hehehe. SO hindi ko sya nacount nung una. I have checked subclass 489 at may QS stint ako so baka un ang gamitin ko na lang. Eto ngayon ang mga pinagdadaanan ko (hehehe):

1. sabi sa AIQS site, ang employment cert ko should be signed by a referee. Ang problema dun ang nandito na lang eh GM since wala ng project ung previous company ko (4 years ako sa kanila). Saka ang gusto nila eh detailed. Eh may format sila na binibigay lang.

2. Sa AIQS site din, may link sila wherein may mga certain professions/designations na pwedeng magcertify. I know of a nurse and a teacher who can certify pero dito sa UAE sila based. Ok lang kaya yun? And how do they certify? Just their signature, name and phone number?

3. Formal Qualifications mean TOR, Diploma and Certifications?

Salamat ng madami sa tulong mo, sa mga inputs kasi I thought my only way to get through is maging student na lang.

im not familiar with AIQS assessment, please double check na lang..
- if you think na pwede na ang 4yrs work exp mo.. minsan kasi may minimum yrs of experience requred ang assessing authority...
- iELTS requirements..
- Cert of employment with detailed job description..
- and other requirements by AIQS..

regarding your questions:
1) baka pwede mo pakiusapan ang GM na pumirma, or hanapin mo ang dati mong manager.. para sila ang pumirma...kung ayaw pumirma ng HR..

2) are you talking about certifying your documents? i think ipapa-notarized mo yan sa lawyers.. yung mga other profession (nurse,teacher, etc) na nagcecertify eh dapat yata australian citizen.. i've read it somwhere.. hanapin ko ulit.. so lahat gn mga documents ng mga applicants dito sa forum, eh nagpanotarized sa lawyer..

3) i believe, yes..

@sisa - this is what im saying about certifying the documents: so pwede pala kahit hindi Australian citizen... pero so far, wala pa akong nakitang gumamit nito.. lahat puro notary..

Reply to @lock_code2004: Papi, yan nga po ang sinasabi ko. hahaha! Pero I am thinking na sa public notary na lang. I will be specific po ha. yung certifications na need ipanotarized, would it include Employment Certificates? I heard dito daw sa AUH, Sa Judicial Department, 150 dhs per doc.. Hays..

normally kailangan ng mga copy ng lahat ng documents sa assessment...
- passport
- diploma/tor
- cert of employment

try mo na lang sa phil embassy ipa notarized.. baka mas mura.. may notary service din dun eh..

sa pinas kasi ako nagpanotarize... tapos ung iba dito na sa US..

ask din natin mga kabayan natin dyan sa UAE na nandito sa forum, san po kayo nagpanotarize sa UAE?

Reply to @sisa16: Hi, I believe you need to undergo further studies in Quantity Surveying to be able to claim for points as a QS. QS din ako dito sa UAE pero sa Engineer's Australia ako nagpa-assess ng qualifications .

Reply to @sisa16: Yes Sisa!!!! hehe. What can I do to help? Since nakapag-IELTS ka na, pwede ka na mag-prepare ng CDR (assuming sa EA ka na nga magpapa-assess). Actually most of my work experience ay QS / Estimating pero meron din konting site works and project management.

Hi guys. Mayroon ba sa inyo ang nagkaroon ng situation na katulad ng sa akin? The same time na na-receive ko yung Victoria SS approval ko kahapon ay nag-positive ang pregnancy test ni misis sa first child namin (too much good news in a day, yes?). When I did the math, mukhang mauuna yung visa approval sa panganganak ni misis. Bukod sa change in circumstance, may iba pa bang dapat gawin para mabisahan yung bata? Matagal kaya ang proseso?

Reply to @sisa16: I suggest if nasa abu dhabi ka dun sa Australian embassy costs about 115AED per doc walang pila no hassle makukuha mo on the spot pro need mo mag appointment by phone... Tried the phil embassy sobrang haggard tapos wait ka pa ng 1 week pra collect yung doc.

according sa PRO namin if sa AUH judicial dept ka dpat may ARABIC translation yung doc.

sa engineer's Au need na may nka tatak na certified true copy. Dun ako sa Australian embassy nag pa certify true copy... sa consular representative

Reply to @sisa16: cgro may 3 docs lang ako pina certify true copy yung issued from UAE pero yung iba sa Pinas ko na pina certify true copy like nung mga school transcript and diploma.... kasi allowed nman sa EA

Reply to @adelle_82: Balak ko ring ipadala mga documents ko sa kuya ko sa Pinas para magpa-ctc sa notaryo. 100 din yata sa atin, pero 100 pesos instead na 100 dirhams sa consulate.

Reply to @adelle_82: sis ngayon ko lang narealize na ung employment cert ko dito from my previous company eh dito ko dapat ipanotarize. thank you at bigla ko naalala. balak ko kasi ipauwi sa pinas at dun ipanotaryo.hehe. sa AU embassy na alng cguro para mabilis saka hindi na kailangan ng arabic translation.

Mga kabayan, heto na naman ang tanong na "Saan ba mura ang magpa-certified true copy?" Lahat kasi ng nakasaad sa itaas ay nasa 100 aed pataas. Baka lang naman merong mas mababa pa kasi mga higit sa limang documents ang ipapa-CTC ko. Salamat at Eid mubarak.
