Bachelor of Nursing Graduate.. what in store for us??

Hi Guys! anyone here had recently graduated from Uni? specifically Bachelor of Nursing.. What's the next move? I know we will be able to get the 485 post grad visa pero pwede po ba na diretso na mag apply for Skilled independent? I have 1 year exp. as a nurse in the Philippines and been working as an AIN (assistant in nursing) in a nursing home for 2 years. Ask lang po ako nang advice to those aussie RN graduates kung ano po next move ninyo..

December 2015- Lodged subclass 485 visa, Medical exams cleared.
February 2016- 485 Visa Granted
March 2016- skills assessment application submitted
May 4 2016- positive skills assessment
May 16 2016- Lodged EOI (60 points)
May 24 2016- ITA subclass 189
June 4 2016- lodged subclass 189
June 14 2016- CO allocation (team Adelaide)
