One thing that helps is to stop watching any non-English TV/movies and read only English books.
Talk to your coworkers only in English. If they ask why and you don't want to tell your AU plans just tell them you're practising. Then start posting in this forum only in English
It's not a test where you can just memorise stuff and expect to pass. You really need to practice since every aspect of the test (reading/writing/speaking/listening) has equal weight.

L90 / R87 / S90 / W90
I'll share naman my own, based from experience.
SPEAKING AND WRITING
Super consistent ako sa speaking. I always get 90 kahit sa mock exams from Ptepractice. Ang mapapayo ko lang, always watch your enunciation. Make sure you can be understood. It is very helpful to talk to people in English para mahasa kayo sa pagsasalita ng hindi utal utal. I speak English a lot at work and at home kaya siguro hindi ako nagkaproblema dito.
Read Aloud
Tip ko lang is to read fast. Wag naman yung tipong hindi ka na humihinga or di ka na naiintidihan, make sure parin na pinafollow mo yung mga punctuations nung sentence. If hindi ka pa masyadong fluent in English, I suggest na you listen to podcasts or youtube pag kaya mo para mafamiliarize ka sa mga pronunciation ng mga words.
Repeat Sentence
If you're familiar with ptetutorials, please don't use that for practice. Sobrang hahaba ng mga sentences nila doon. Unlike sa exam na a lot shorter. Noong una, I used to write the first letter of the words but nung mismong exam na, hindi ko na nagawa masyado since short lang naman yung sentences tapos natatandaan ko na sia agad. Pero when I was practicing, writing the first letter of the word worked for me.
Describe Image
I used the template that I got from here. It was the ff:
The pie/line graph projected on the screen represents the *title*
The largest area / highest point with *mention the value* is *mention the label*
While the smallest area / lowest point with only *mention the value* is *mention the label*
Overall, the graph seems accurate and concise and can be used as a reference for further studies.
May nakuha rin akong table. This is the format of what I said:
The table projected on the screen represents *title of the table*
It is shown that *mention lang kayo ng row and column tapos sabihin niyo yung value niya*
Then *mention lang kayo ng row and column tapos sabihin niyo yung value niya*
Overall, the graph seems accurate and concise and can be used as a reference for further studies.
Make sure you don't pause for a long time here. Speak with confidence, may mga times na medyo mali na yung mga nasabi ko but as long as tuloy tuloy kayo magsalita, mataas makukuha ninyong score.
Retell Lecture
Dito ako nahihirapang magmemorize ng template so ang ginawa ko, read aloud palang, sinusulat ko na yung template na gagamitin ko dun sa binigay nilang erasable notebook so by the time na retell lecture na, i'll just take notes and then use the template I've written when I'm speaking na. Ito yung template ko:
The lecturer provided a brief information about _______ and a significant amount of time was spent discussing around this topic.
The speaker concluded after all the main points were completely discussed.
To summarize, he pointed out that ________.
He also mentioned that _____.
Then, he talked about _________ (if kaya pa ng oras).
Overall, the lecture seems interesting and informative and can be used by students and educators.
Always try to say keywords as many as possible. If mabilis kayo mag sulat, itake note niyo na lahat ng pwedeng keywords na kaya niyo tapos imention niyo yung mga yun.
Answer short question
You can use ptetutorial app sample questions for this. Marami silang examples and may mga examples sila na lumabas sa exams
Summarize written text
Ignore the details and use keywords instead. E2Language technique helped me a lot.
Essay
I used E2 language structure here tapos kumuha din ako ng kaonting template from this forum. Bale ang first paragraph ko ay laging:
"These days, there is an on going debate between people about ______________. Some people think that *insert first argument here*. Others believe that *insert second argument*. In this essay, I will be discussing my point of view by analyzing both sides of the argument.
There are several reasons why *insert first argument*. One of them is that - .. Etc etc, just talk about reasons why the first reason is your choice.
Those who argue for *insert second argument*. Wala na akong template dito eh. Just wrote reasons why the second one is a good thing.
In conclusion, I believe that *insert kung sang side ka nag aagree*. Tapos dagdag ka pa ng kaonting final argument dito. "
READING
Honestly, dito ako nahihirapan nung mga sample questions sa Ptetutorial app, pretty sure mas madali yung nasa mismong exam kesa sa mock tests or sample questions online.
Multiple choice, choose single answer
What I do here is to read the question first and after that, hahanapin ko sa paragraph kung saang part yung hinahanap.
Re-order paragraphs
Watch E2 Language tips on Youtube. It helped me a lot. Tapos practice lang din ng practice. Basta ang first sentence lagi the sentence that can stand on its own / alone. Yung tipong kahit na yan lang yung sentence, gets mo na agad or may meaning na siya agad. Tapos check niyo din yung Subject + Verb + Object na pattern. Yung object dun sa previous sentence, sia yung magiging subject nung susundan niyang sentence.
Sobrang nahihirapan ako dito during practice but I answered a lot of sample questions on the ptetutorial app and then ayun. Medyo nag improve naman ako.
Reading: Fill in the blanks | Reading & writing: Fill in the blanks
Read on collocations. Look at the context clues rin. Minsan yung sagot nasa mismong paragraph narin, naulit lang or something. Tapos yung mga words na sumusunod or before the missing word can help you figure it out.
LISTENING
Summarize spoken text
I didn't really use a template. I just made sure I mentioned all the important keywords that was said dun sa lecture. Mag note nalang kayo sa mismong answer box tapos iedit niyo nalang after. If mabilis kayo mag type, advantage yun kasi tinatype ko na halos lahat ng sinasabi or lahat ng makuhang kong mga sinasabi tapos inaayos ko nalang siya inyo a coherent sentence.
Highlight correct summary
Listen carefully dun sa sasabihin. As in, understand it ng mabuti tapos from there for sure naman makukuha niyo na yung tamang summary nung sinabi sa audio/video.
Write from dictation
DON'T MISS THIS. Super laki ng impact nito sa score niyo kaya as much as possible try your best to be able to get to this part. Ang technique ko itatype ko na sia ng mabilis. Doesnt have to be complete, minsan shortcut muna ng mga words para mas mabilis ko maitype tapos aayusin nalang in the end.
Extra Tips
1.Get to the test center early para ikaw rin yung mauunang magstart. If mejo huli ka or in the middle ka, sobrang nakakadistract na yung Speaking task since everyone seems to be talking loudly. Nakakalito. Pero pag nauna ka at least patapos ka na while others are still speaking.
2. Watch E2 Language videos. Yun lang yung reviewer ko when it comes to techniques and tips.
3. Please wag niyo pahirapan sarili niyo na imemorise yung buong template for the essay. Use the structure given by E2 Language
4. Don't forget the WFD.
Ayun lang! Sana makahelp. Don't hesitate to send me a message kung may questions kayo. I'll gladly help po.

SPEAKING
Repeat Sentence
This is one of the most difficult task for me. I took extra time para ma train ko yung working memory ko. Initially, nahirapan ako tandaan mga phrases so I wrote the first letters of the words hanggang dumating sa point na natatandaan ko na mga phrases without looking at the letters I wrote and nagiging distraction na lang yung pagsusulat. So I ditched writing and focused on listening. Focus talaga kelangan dito.
Sometimes, di maiiwasan na meron ka makakalimutan na word(s), wag mataranta. If you understood the sentence, you can just repeat it according to what you understood. Importante fluent pagkakasabi ng sentence. Don't hesitate. Kahit mali na, sige lang, just be confident. Sa second exam ko, there was a lady that was really distracting dahil ang lakas ng boses kaya di ako maka focus ng maige. I wasn't able to repeat around 5 sentences verbatim. Sure ako jan, but I still got the score I needed.
Describe Image
Like what other mentioned meron na template for this. Keep it simple, point out the most prominent features of the table or chart. Sa mga practice ko, nahirapan ako nung una dahil masyado ako marami sinasabi. Hindi ko mapagkasya sa 40 secs. Practice to describe maps and images din. Both of my exams had maps and images.
Re-tell lecture
Note taking ang pinaka importante dito. Once you understand what the is topic about, bilugan na sa notes. Boom! May introduction ka na. Don't include too much details din. Simple sentences will do just like what the templates are.
May lumabas din na interviews sakin. Pag interview, banggitin lang kung ano sinabi nung interviewee.
WRITING
Summarize Written Text
One complex sentence lang kelangan dito. Ideal length is around 40-50. I always begin my sentence with "Although" para sure ako na may comma at connector ako na "yet". Yung template dito na "Who did what which did what?" is very useful. Don't try to use up the 75 word limit. Wag pahirapan ang sarili.
Time management importante, para wag mataranta sa exam, allot 3 minutes for reading and understanding, then practice to construct the sentence in 5 minutes. That way you will still have 2 minutes to go back at your sentence and improve it if necessary.
Write Essay
Dito ako nadale nung unang exam ko mainly because I wasn't prepared to write 2 essays. Although sa practice and mock exams, I always do 2 essays everytime, at the back of my mind I was only expecting to write one on the actual day. Ayun, nawala ang coherence ng second essay ko. I usually get high marks in essays, di ako gaano hirap dito. Di lang talaga ako psychologically prepared.
Maipapayo ko lang spend the first 1 or 2 minutes planning your essay. Especially dun sa 2 paragraphs which serves as the main body of the essay. Nakatulong sakin na i-bullet point yung 2 main ideas that I want to expound. I also included examples and made up research or study to support my point.
Introduction is just restating the question prompt in a different way. For the next 2 paragraphs. Conclusion is the same thing but expressing your preference about the topic.
By doing this, you can save time on writing. On my first exam, naubusan ako oras sa 2nd essay ko para i restructure yung ibang sentence. Mabilis ang 20 minutes sa actual exam. Kaya practice to finish your essay within 15 minutes.
LISTENING
Don't spend too much time on the other question types on this section, once you get the answer click next and move on. From what people are saying, pinaka importante dito yung last part. Write from Dictation.
So manage your time wisely. Personally, it hasn't been a problem for me as per my 2 exams, lagi ako mag sobrang 7 minutes on the timer when I finish the exam.
Summarize Spoken Text
Pwede gamitin yung template sa Re-tell lecture. I-type lang dito. Mas mabilis makapag take note dahil pwede i type habang nakikinig.
Write From Dictation
You can type while you hear the sentence or you can just do what you did with repeat sentence. Listen and then type. I found that the sentences here are shorter compared to repeat sentence. So kung praktisado ka sa repeat sentence, this shouldn't be a problem. But it's important to take note of punctuations and, capitalization. Don't forget to put a full stop (period) sa end ng sentence.
GENERAL TIPS
Fluency and proficiency sa language is a matter of practice. Try to speak and think in English. Make a conscious effort in thinking in english to improve oral fluency. What makes us stutter is when we think in Tagalog, translate it to English and speak. Then we start to hesitate and pause in the middle of our sentences because most of the time, direct translation doesn't work. So practice lang talaga.
Don't worry too much about "ahmm" and "uhhh". Nag ahm and uhh ako on both exams, but I still got high marks on oral fluency. Basta hindi matagal yung ahmm okay lang yun. Don't let it get in the way of your sentence kung baga. Yung tipong after "ahmmm" biglang hindi na connected yung sinabi mo before that.
That's it for me. Hopefully this helps someone out there planning to take the exam. Message nyo lang po ako kung meron kayo tanong. I will gladly help. Thanks!
