@jrgongon reciprocity po. like nurse from UK, new zealand, ireland can practice nursing dito. need lang nila mg register sa ahpra. but if galing sa pinas, aral talaga. ang alam ko kasi sa iba like accountants, engineers and other professional, di na need mg aral. pa assess lang den gora sa PR na

@all ....guys for clarification lang kung tama ung nadownload ko...ung MCMIllan ba ito ung mock test na interactive na color pink..if not baka meron willing makapagshare ng download link para hindi na ako mag back read sobrang haba na kasi ng post..or kung sino man meron sa inyong reviewer na focus sa reading lalo na sa re-arrange paragraphs..thanks

@jrgongon kelangan nilang magbridging course. Yun yung pinakamabilis na way para makapagwork sila doon as a nurse. Maghanap sila ng agnecy para mas madali. Ippacomplete kasi sakanila lahat ng kailangan nilang papers, ids, etc. para macheck ni aphra kung pwede ba silang magtake ng bridging course. Sobrang dami lang talaga ng requirements.

Ang alam ko sa ANMAC which is the assessing body sa Australia for PR sa mga nurses, di nila accept ng PTE-A, IETLS lang at OET ata.

Pero sa APHRA na parang PRC at sila mag sasabi kung pwede na maka pag work ang nurse from pinas sa AU ay accepted nila ang PTE-A.

Ang problema ata kung nurse papasok sa AU as primary applicant eh bago i approve ng ANMAC ay dapat pasado muna sila sa AHPRA, kaya student visa muna bago makapag apply ng full Permanent Resident.

Kaya yung wife ko swerte kung makapasok ako ako kasi di na niya need dumaan sa ANMAC, deretso AHPRA na siya tapos PTE-A accepted, pag naka 65 all siya alam ko 3 months study lang need niya, pag less than 65 ay 1 year ata based sa research ko dati.

Same tayo ng binagsak nung 1st take. Bale ginawa ko nung 2nd take ko sa Reading ay medyo binilisan ko sagot lalo sa Fill in the blanks at Dropdown, mas madami points ito hehehe. Tapos pansin ko yung isang multiple choice question ay same sa question nung 1st take ko haha!

Parang sa describe image, meron umulit na 3-4 images nung 2nd take ko from 1st take. Naalala ko talatga kasi one week lang din pagitan ng 1st at 2nd take ko hehehe

Kumuha po ako ng exam last November 7 pero until now wala pang result. nakalagay Exam status "Delivery Successful - On hold".

I think it means that your answers have been submitted. Wala ka ba na receive na email? I also took the exam Sunday (18/10) and got the result the following day(19/10) 1pm.

@dan78 sabi nila max of 5 days bago yung result.... pero may mga nakakakuha na ng result within hours after the exam.. refresh refresh lang ng email hehehe...

@jrgongon iba pa sya dun sa parang app na pink na may 3 sets. yung tests plus ay pdf file na green wth 4 sets of practice tests. yung macmillan nmn ay pdf file wth 4 sets of practice tests din tpos sa front page niya may nkalagay na macmillan.

@IslanderndCity ang alam ko ielts is a requirement for ea.. Pero sa eoi pwede gamitin ang Pte results

@se29m wow! pwede pala for EA lang ang IELTS din PTE na sa EOI. Nakita ko nga sa timeline ni @MisterKehn, nakakuha pa ng +10 sa english for EOI. Wowowow

@aria thanks aria! ngulat din ako sa speaking ko. my parts din n nabblank ako. pro sgro i keep on going kasi i know i have to do my best. i dunno din what happened, im just thankful to God for everything nakakatawa man isipin sa frst part ng speaking halos my seconds tayo before start mgasalita db? everytime mlpit n ko mgsalita. lagi ko sinasbi silently sa srili ko "kaya ko to , kaya ko to Lord!" siguro that made me at ease before strt answering. i dont want to sound preachy, pro yan ung ngwork skin

practise mo speaking by paulitulit nasbhin ung format on how to describe image.. sinabi din dito ng iba dito ang format nila. gnon dn gnwa ko

sa read aloud- you have seconds to read it to yourself pra malamn mo san ka mgpause, intonation and pronunciation. easy for you!

For retell lecture.. strt lng na "the lecturer discussed... then refer to your notes..

practise lng tlga yung sa speaking. treat as if friend mo kausap mo or maybe thesis defense mo sooo you have to make it look perfect the trick is you have to BE CONFIDENT!

i have no doubt you will get your desire score na 20points! You deserve it, kasi alam mo din sa sarili mo ginawa mo ang best mo and you pour your heart into it! God bless those who persevere and keep the faith!

As promised i'll post yung strategies na ginamit ko sana makatulong hehe

Speaking and Writing
sa speaking ako medyo nahirapan kasi sa day ng exam I have sorethroat and colds and I was feeling feverish but still pumunta ako sa exam, inisip ko na lang sayang yung exam fee. lowest score ko dito pronunciation kasi nahirapan talaga ako magsalita that day.

Read Aloud - you have 40 secs to read aloud yung passage wag magmadali just read in a normal pace.

Repeat sentence - Sa review and mock test ko I tried yung mag takenotes while listening pero hindi effective saken lalo lang ako nahirapan. kung kaya nyo magtake notes while listening mas okay. ako kasi i just listen and repeat whatever ang words na naalala ko.

Describe image - 40 secs din ang time dito to discuss. I used yung templates na naipost dito sa forum. What i did here is intro ko lagi kung about what ang graph tapos sinabi ko din kung ano yung nasa x and y axis. emphasize the highest and lowest values or trend if line graph. While discussing be mindful din sa time, 2x yata hindi ko namalayan na tapos na pala yung 40 secs nagsasalita pa rin ako hehe.

Re-tell lecture - listen attentively while taking down notes tapos intindihin kung ano yung main topic. take down important key words sa topic.

Answer short question - general knowledge lang ito. I guess ito ang pinakamadali.

Summarize written text. - read first sentence and last sentence tapos scan na lang the remaining. allocate atleast 2-3 minutes of your time to review grammar and spelling.

Write Essay - yung format ng essay na ginamit ko parang sa ielts din. big help if you watch yung ryan ielts sa youtube.


Reading
Multiple choice - basahin muna ang question and choices then read the first and last sentence and do the skim and scan method. After reading, read carefully ang choices.

Re-order paragraphs - useful din ang skim and scan dito and be mindful sa transition words usually yan ang pang 2nd or 3rd sentence.

Fill in the blanks - medyo mahaba yung paragraph and you have to drag yung word or using drop down menu . Ang ginawa ko dito after answering i scan the whole paragraph and checked kung tama ba yung words na i chose.

Listening
Summarize spoken text - this one very impt to take notes, analyze what is the main point of the speaker. while typing the sentence be mindful sa time kasi 10 mins lang ang time allocated. Again check grammar and spelling.

Multiple choice - hindi agad magstart ang audio so may time ka to read the question and listen attentively sa audio and while listening look at the choices and click it right away kapag narinig mo.

Fill in the blanks - while listening dapat word by word mo din sinusundan ng tingin ang paragraph and you have to type fast, nevermind na lang muna ang wrong spelling kahit puro shortcut lang ang itype and then tsaka mo na icorrect kapag tapos na yung audio.

Highlight correct summary - what I did here hindi ako nag take notes but instead while listening i try to look at the words sa choices, ang napansin ko kapag binabanggit ang key words medyo tumataas ang tone ng voice.

Select missing word - ang strategy dito read sa screen what the topic is all about and listen carefully. If mabilis kayo mag takedown notes big help yun.

Highlight incorrect words - this is much easier than fill in the blanks pero kailangan pakinggan ng mabuti and be mindful sa intonation ng voice.

Write from dictation - you have to type fast. wag muna intindihin ang grammar and spelling you'll have time to correct this.


so yun lang guys sana may maitulong ako sa mga mag mage-exam pa lang, btw mcmillan ang ginamit ko na reviewer.

basta think positive, pray before going to the test center and feel confident na makakapasa ka.

@vanezzaveera it's up to you kung san ka mabilis..ung iba kasi mabilis ang sila magtype...kahit naman wrong spelling tapos after ng recording saka mo balikan para itama ang spelling..medyo sa iba kasi hassle ung magsusulat pa

@vanezzaveera try mo kung ano mas effective sayo. Kung ittype mo na siya agad while you are listening to the audio or issulat mo muna siya doon sa provided pad. Para sakin kasi mas effective yung issulat ko muna eh. Mas madali sakin yun kasi habang nagsasalita yung speaker asa screen lang mata ko sinusundan ko yung words na sinasabi niya. Di ko na tinitignan yung sinusulat ko para wala akong mamiss sa sinasabi nung speaker. Pero make sure na mabilis at maiintindihan mo yung sinusulat mo. After nung audio, saka ko tinatype ng mabilis and you can use tab para magshift sa next na blank. Make sure na correct yung spelling mo.
