Looking for Single working female to share a house - Parramatta Council Area

Hi there,

Im a single working female, looking for the same to share a three bedroom townhouse. I have all of the common area white goods such as microwave oven, couch, washing machine, culteries, iron, kitchen utensils. Each of us has to furnish own room. Rent would be $150 for room A, which will fit a single bed and a study desk and $170 for room B which fits a double bed and a study desk. Both have built in wardrobes. Bathroom would be shared by 2 person only. Bills would be divided into three.

No photos can be provided for the rooms at this stage, as new blinds and timber floorboard are being replaced. The house is a comfortable full brick house with a courtyard for one to relax. There is a swimming pool and a tennis court in this complex.

This house is less than 5 minutes walk from the train station
