June 2015 Visa 189/190 Applicants!!!

hi po ask ko po sana baka alam nyo. nag lodge ako sa ACS and got my result. for total 9 years experience, nag minus 2 years po sila. pag ganon ba kung ano ung dineclare ni ACS na start year un ba dapat ilagay sa initiation for 189 visa? let's say 2011 talaga ako nag work pero sa assessment ni acs 2013 ung start.

if mag wait pa po ako ng 1 year para maka 15 pts sana, need ko pa ba ulit mag pa reassess kung same employer lang naman?

@tree sa mga nabasa ko din dito ang ginagawa ng iba na same sa case mo is declare lahat but un na minus is declare as not related sa nominated occupation, ex:
Comp A: Jan2011-Jan2013 - not related
Comp A: Feb 2013 - present - related

Kung the same company ka padin next year palagay ko hindi mo na kailangan magpa assess ulit as long as valid pa ung assessment results mo, just show proof po na nasa same company ka padin (like payslips) from date ng assessment results up to date ng EOI - this is my idea po, i hope may makapag confirm pang iba.

Kung anu yung sinabi ni ACS na start date mo yun dpat ang iclaim mo as related.

Yung iba ilalagay mo pa dn pero not related na.
Now kung yung sinabi ni ACS na start date is nsa gitna ng experience mo sa isang company. Need mo hatiin yung experience.
Just like sa example sa ni @lisa

For same employer next yr, no need to reassess pero ang normally ginawa since last time is kumuha ng latest COE.

Hi Po. Share ko lang po experience ko in relation to ACS.

Got my skills assessed by ACS. Bale dun sa result related experience ko is 5 yrs and 8 months pero sabi dun is after 2 yrs pa ung skilled experience. Meaning to say, 3 years and 8 months lang ang skilled experience ko. Disappointed ako after ko malaman un kasi bale 5 points lang un and hindi ako aabot sa 60 points. Kaya tinamad na ko magproceed. It took me around 5 months bago ko naisip na ituloy at magbakasakali na makakuha ng mataas sa IELTS para umabot points ko. Unfortunately, d rin ako nakakuha ng points sa IELTS nung unang try.

So nawalan na talaga ako pagasa. Then, my agent came along. He said I have a chance. He asked me to retake my IELTS and get at least 10 points. Isip ko, kahit maka10 points ako, d pa rin abot kasi nga 5 points lang ang skilled experience ko.

After makakuha ng IELTS and got 10 points, my agent submitted my EOI. And to my surprise, 5 years and 8 months ang nacredit sa skills ko. Meaning 10 points.

To cut the long story short, Kahit binabawasan ng ACS ung skilled experience, consider pa rin un ng IMMI.

Ang alam ko e nilagay lang nya ung lahat ng nakalista na related skill dun sa assessment result regardless ung date indicated.

In my case eto nakalagay:

The following employment after September 2007 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261312 (Developer Programmer) of the ANZSCO Code.

Dates: 12/04 - 11/06 (1yrs 11mths)
Dates: 08/07 - 04/08 (0yrs 8mths)
Dates: 06/11 - 07/14 (3yrs 1mths)

Kahit na dapat Sep 2007 magstart ung skilled experience ko, nilagay ng agent ko is from 12/04 pa din. And naconsider naman cya ng IMMI.

I read a bit of the thread. Sa pagkaintindi ko e ang problema nya e hindi relevant ung experience nya. Sakin e 2 yrs din nawala. Dapat 7 yrs and 8 months kaso hindi nacredit ng ACS ung 2 years ko.

Anyway, the system has its way to determine kung ilang points ang possible na makuha mo. And before ka nila iinvite to lodge, icheck na un ng DIBP kung tama ung no. of points na naidentify ng system. As long as tama lahat ng nilagay mo sa EOI mo at walang problem documents mo, wala naman magiging problema.

@J_Oz 65 ako for subclass 190. 60 lang kung 189. Related din ung experience ko kaso hindi sufficient ung COE ko. Sa saudi kasi un and napakahirap kumuha ulet ng COE dun kaya d bale na lang.

Got assigned a CO earlier today. Asked for Form 815 since I had history with Hepa B. Within 1 hour uploaded agad request niya haha! Sana maasikaso agad!
