Advice; read carefully more than twice all the details of visa that you applying in immi.gov.au web site. You need more effort, complete all the documents "more documents to attach the better, be patience and do your own research. Trust your self and most especially trust GOD and pray for his guidance. cheers

@totoyozresident thanks for the encouragement, it's really tough to comprehend all the info at immi.gov.au... maybe because of too much information. but like you said we have to trust ourself and pray for guidance.

btw, saw your post on another thread, really appreciate the info you provided.

Thanks for your appreciate. Kailangan talaga effort basahin mabuti ang mga details na nakalagay sa site ng immi.gov.au tyaga lang talaga kailangan din ng MARA for specific explanation. Pero importante talaga yung basahin ng husto at magtanung sa site na ito hehehe.. kailngan talaga dasal at patnubay kay GOD. kung binigay talaga ni LORD talagang darating yun. Ika nga destiny pero nasa tao din ang gawa nasa Diyos awa.

@julienmalubag so ibig sabihin, may allowance na ibibigay pag na-grant ka ng visa? ilang months before you do your initial entry?

Kapag nasa OZ ka na ba, di ka pwedeng bumalik ng Pinas until you receive your PR status?

expiry ng police clearance mo ung expiry ng initial entry mo. once u get the visa on ur passport and u have made ur initial entry before the expiry date, PR ka na ng oz. pwde ka nang bumalik ng pinas. tapos kelangan mo bumalik ng oz, before ur visa expires ( within 5 years), pero di ko alam if makakapagrenew ka, if majority ng 5 years ay wala ka sa Oz. -- di ko pa to nareresearch. hehe.

@bonzi -- I've read na out of the 4 years validity ng PR visa, 3 years nun is dapat nasa Oz ka. This is especially important if you want to apply for citizenship later on. I'm writing this from memory ha, if mali paki-correct na lang po.

@Bryann parang ganon rin alam ko. you need to prove to them that you are really interested to become a citizen.

Hi! Help po especially sa mga granted na ng visa or currently awaiting result. Ask ko lang po if yung Form 80 and 1221 is kelangan i-accomplish ng lahat ng kasama dun sa visa application. Or yun lang po principal applicant ang mag-fi-fillout nun?

@LokiJr Nakalagay sa DIAC website, 18 months. Kasi meron priority list. Buti wala nga ENS. Could be less though.

ang pagkaalam ko basta nakumpleto ng employer yung requirements mga 1 month to 2 months kuha agad ang result ng nomination. then puede na mag apply ng visa

ang pagkaalam ko din kapag na ilodge ang nomination following day puede ng mag lodge ng visa. kahit wala pa ang result ng nomination. cheers
