Kailangan ba employed by the time na magaapply? Balak ko magapply sa August pero nagpaplano ako na mag rest for 6 months from March so magiging unemployed.. makakaapekto kaya yun?

@se29m If you want to be on the safe side, itiming mo na lang. Ano ba yung current na waiting time sa Perth until the test or interview? Kung makakabalik ka sa work prior to your test I reckon that would be good enough though I’m not directly saying na makakaffect but just to be sure since ang tagal ng waiting time.

Nag lodge ako June-2018. Wala pa din feedback hanggang ngayon. Di ko na lang muna iisipin para di mainip at ma-anxious.

May na encounter na error si hubby sa pag lodge ng citizenship, exactly 4yrs sya dto sa Oz today 5/2, eto un error

The applicant is unable to proceed with this application. Access the Residence calculator to check when the applicant will have been in Australia long enough to be eligible for Australian citizenship.

Will try tomorrow na i continue un application kasi baka d pa nila acknowledge un 4yrs today hehehe

Pag nag error pa rin, tatawag kami.

May naka encounter ba ng same error namin? Tnx po sa sasagot

@johnvangie for me better to lodge few days after ng 4th yr, para may allowance and not encounter that error..

i saw that same error when i tried lodging, for the sake of knowing what's on the application form, though hindi ko pa na meet ang 4 yrs..

@Captain_A Ok na, ang galing ng system talaga dito, detected talaga kun kelan ka dumating, Feb 6 pala dumating dto Melbourne si hubby, Feb 5 ng gabi sya umalis Pinas. So kun Feb 5 start apply, d pala talaga pwede, mag e error pala.

@Captain_A yes the system can now check if you are illegible to apply. We tried the day before our 4th year as skilled PR I dont remember error but we cant proceed to the next page. Siguro error na ngayon ang mag prompt kasi madami sila ginawang changes sa immi. Good luck sa atin nag apply ng citizenship

@rylynn yes, pabor s applicant yang error, atleast aware sila na may issue s residency, saving applicant sa mas malaking error if nag push through tapos kulang sa residency.

Depende siguro sa CO. yung kakilala ko, 10 months after. iba-iba.

@Captain_A akala ko dati pwede na fill up khit d pa 4 yrs. mkka start mag fill up pero after mo ma enter yun visa grant number ma de detect na ng system. d na maka proceed sa next questions

Hello All! Magtatanong lang po sana ako sa mga couples na nag apply na ng citizenship.

My partner and I (both female in a De facto relationship) applied for citizenship in April 2018.

Last week (Wednesday), I received my citizenship exam date. Yung sa partner ko, wala pa ring update up to now.

Should we be worried or is this normal kahit couple kayo na magiging magkaiba ang dates niyo for exam and selection?

I'm thinking nauna lang ako kasi of my family name na starts with I, tapos sa partner ko starts with L.

Applications are evaluated individually even if they are linked. Ang downside lang ng linked application is kahit nauna ka naapproved, aantayin ang result ng partner mo before both of you are invited for a ceremony. Definitely, your family name doesnt have any bearing why your application was reviewed ahead of you partner.

Thanks sa sagot, hindi na ako masyado nagworry. Okay lang naman na maghintay para sabay kami ng ceremony. Para isang kainan and celebration na lang. hehehe.

Eto nag a-antay pa din, abang2 lang. Inaabangan ko ang update mo kasi pag na invite ka na ng ceremony meaning kasunod na nyan is ako hahaha.
