May mga queries lang po ako na sana po matulungan nyo po ako. (sensya na, newbie here)

1. Need pa po ba ng Phil. Police Clearance aside sa NBI Clearance? Or no need Phil. Police Clearance, --- just NBI Clearance lang and then SG Certificate of Clearance will do?

2. Sorry po, pero paano po ba maka-secure ng NBI clearance? Pupunta po ba sa Phil Embassy for finger printing after booking an appointment or to email directly ung "Ms. Sandra" na contact daw for NBI sa Pinas for the processing? If kay Ms. Sandra nga po, pwede po ba mahingi contact details nya?

3. Regarding naman po sa uploading of Certified True Copies, nagpa-assess po ksi ako June 2014, so ung mga dates ng documents ko na na-certify is May 2014.

Tanong ko lang po if pwede po ba un na rin ang i-upload ko na docs ngaun sa application ko this year since un po ang included sa na-assess skin last June 2014 and ung ACS Assesssment ko po is valid til June 2016?

#2 - Go to PH Embassy to do finger printing and then send out form to NBI Office in Manila.

Thank you TasBurrfoot! I need help po again.

Ngaun ko lang po kasi nabasa na "You should not complete the My Health Declarations" if you have already lodged a Visa application as this will slow down the process."

My question po is, what should I do if I have done this 3 days after lodging my visa application? Can I undo this Health Assessment or do I just proceed with the Medical Exams kahit walang CO assigned sa akin kasi po nag generate na siya ng HAP ID?
