    @chill_ice Sis baka c APIC mismo pedeng makatulong sau for the re-appeal? Kasi if ang reason nila is course inconsistent…bka pede magbigay c APIC ng any letter or supporting docs stating why they accepted you to be their student…and why political science degree holders can take MBA…(well, just thinking but not sure if this is possible)

    @chill_ice sis sorry to hear that...nakakaloka na ang mga pangyayari, mas lalo akong kinabahan ngayon. yan yung worry ng agent ko, because of the trend na wife will study then husband ang magwork. parang mas epektib yung student muna ang mauna, then after sometime yung mga dependent na.

    Kung may mara lawyer yung ECA sila siguro makatulong sayo. Hirap nung case mo kasi bakit naging inconsistent sya?

    @chill_ice, I am saddened why this has happened. Personally, this would really frustrate me, however, understanding that everything happens for a reason would make us look back and ask why this happened, I am sure God has better things for you.

    If this happened to me, I will surely ask DIAC/CO with regard to their decision. I strongly agree that this should have been an inconsistency with your course. By the way, what happened when you got your interview? Any specific question related to the course that you were taking up?

    Same as everybody else, I would look for a way to appeal to their decision.

    @chill_ice sis just in case hindi mareconsider, change ka kaya ng course. yung isa kong friend, nursing ang undergrad pero Masters of Professional Accounting ang kinuha. Yung MPA kasi for non accountant yun. Nagrant sya, pero kung iisipin magwonder ka bakit ganon, ang layo ng nursing sa accounting.

    @PampangasBest during the interview, the visa officer asked for my course for i think 3 times during the interview. Pero di naman nya ako tinanong ng regarding s philippine course ko at ung MBA. Naguguluhan n nga din ako eh. Basta ang gusto ko appeal, they're not fair!!!!

    @guro_ako un n nga sis kasi ung agent ko may mga student cla n nursing dito s phils tapos nag-MBA tapos nabgyan cla ng visa. Kaya nagwowonder din talaga kami ngaun, sabi naman sobrang dami daw kasi ng students ngaun kaya mahigpit daw cla.

    Talaga bang madameng na rerefuse na family friend ang sponsor?nag woworry kc ko e,family friend kc nmin sponsor ko e.. Pano ba malalaman kung my co na?my mag eemail ba oh tatawag?kaka lodge ko lang nung sept 12 tapos 17 medical then 19 na send na.. So pano ko malalan kung my co na ko?or kung walang prob ung medical ko,oct21 kc start ng class ko..

    May 31 - applied online at University website
    June 17 - Uni sent a message that they approved 14 credits for prior learning.
    June 21 - Uni emailed: move my intake to Feb 2014.
    July 5 - Passed IELTS! Yipee. Emailed Uni my result.
    July 16 - Received conditional OFFER LETTER from Uni. :)
    July 19 - sent my TOR to Uni.
    July 22 - Uni received my TOR
    July 24 - received my UNCONDITIONAL OFFER.
    July 31 - paid tuition fees and received COE
    Sept 16 - lodged visa application 573 SVP with one dependent thru VIA
    Sept 17 - acknowledgement from embassy with medical request.
    Sept 18 - Medical Examination at NHSI
    Sept 24 - Medical forwarded to Embassy
    Oct 4 - Phone interview with CO.
    Oct 7 - Emailed immi asking for updates
    Oct 8 - Received email from immi stating application is under assessment.
    Oct 9 - Received text message from Air 21 and Embassy that my documents has been dispatched.
    Oct 9 - visa refusal! :(

    Hi. Im a newbie here. Very scary yet inspiring ang mga posts na nababasa ko dito. Anyway, i just wanna ask those veterans here how many percent or possibilities I get the visa granting kung ang sponsor is just a close family friend? Ex-Mayor siya and now his wife seated as the present Mayor ang sponsor ko, then my family is one of their supporter and my dad is working with them. Please help naman. Kinakabahan na kasi ako sa mga nababasa kong refusal dahil sa family friend lang ang sponsor nila, pero nananaig parin ang trust ko kay GOD. Please help po.
