Hi. I would like to know more details about these:

1) At least a bachelor degree from an Australian educational institution or other degree of a recognised standard - does this also mean BACHELOR DEGREE outside AU?

2) An award or qualification recognised by the assessing authority in the assessment of the skilled occupation - is this from the ACS assessment result?

1 I think is no. It should be obtained from Australia, I may be wrong
2 correct, acs will assess your academic qualifications if it is suitable to your Nominated Occupation. They will assess if it is comparable to aqf degree or diploma
