@pinoycoder our case is different from the others. Ours kse is under chain migration, visa 190 SA. On our 4th week now. SA website states that processing time is 5 weeks. Special condition kasi ang occupation. We are still waiting too. I dnt have any idea sa NSW, but if i were to base it sa 2 friends ko na IT visa 190, PR na sa NSW, it took them 8wks 55+5pts.

@se29m Hello, mas madali ba ang PTE talaga? Sorry pero habol ko talaga ang 20pts para makapasa na ng EOI.

for NSW state sponsorship, maiinit na occupations ang IT related kaya mas mataas na points ay mas ok. may occupations naman na matumal ang invite na kahit 1 year na ang EOI ay wala pa rin pag 55 points lang (engineering, technical field). kaya kung nasa SOL naman ang nominated occupation try to be eligible for visa 189.

@chewychewbacca Oo mas madali xa. Pwede mong makita sa youtube yung format ng PTE test. Marami akong naririnig from friends of friends na di sila makapasa ng IELTS and even OET pero nakakapasa ng PTE. Hindi pa bias yung checking of answers kasi computerized so very objective yung exam unlike sa IELTS na subjective sa writing and speaking. May mabibili ka ring reviewer package from PTE na may kasamang scored practice test around $60.

May immigration tracker though not 100% accurate since di lahat ng nagaapply nagreregister but will still be helpful para may idea kayo kung ano points na iniinvite for your occupation and you'll have an insight if you'll need to get more points. Don't lose hope mga kababayan. It may sound cliche but GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME. JUST KEEP THE FAITH.

i concur with @se29m, i reviewed IELTS pero di ako nagtuloy mag exam, then when i read about PTE here, reviewed macmillan at download ng score guide / test tips, all the way until my 7th take, then naipasa ko na din..sa PTE thread, andun lahat ng reviewers/pointers/templates, very helpful.

@engineer20 exactly this is my point kanina. Case to case basis ang invitation sent by DIBP and I was accused of giving false hope daw sa readers dito. Ok na ko, at least may nakaintindi ng point ko objectively. Don't know why inaway ako dito sa sarili kong thread. Basta peace tayo lahat!

Hello All, thank you sa advice! Nabuo ulit ang loob ko na makakakuha ako 20pts sa English. Antayin ko muna results ko sa IELTS tapos kapag hindi ako naka 8 sa lahat, mag tatry na ako sa PTE-A. Mag start na ako mag review just in case. Let's continue to pray and seek guidance from God!

@chewychewbacca hi, pinost ko yung google drive URL sa PTE na thread. nasa page 166+ sya. andun yung mcmillan, mock test software, at iba pang miscellaneous tutorials.

Pag na-review mo na yun, d mo na kelangan i-review yung nasa gold kit dahil karamihan ng tutorials dun, sa gold kit rin nakuha.

ang habol mo nlng sa gold kit is yung online mock test A and B. Very useful sya and a very good investment kasi malalaman mo talaga yung standard format ng PTE exam. May time limit rin sya para masanay ka in a time pressured environment.

Bottomline, as long as kaya, pataasin ang points. Kung hindi, baka mainvite tau ng matagal

It's just a misunderstanding i guess with no bad intentions on both part. They only have different perspective which is totally understandable because of the difference in their circumstances. Let's try to understand the two sides and stop blaming. I know very well that its a very daunting process and our stress levels are roof high but let's all try to look in the positive side of things, be calm and give positive remarks as possible as we can.
