@kikay you need to create a new application for my health declaration sa immiaccount. From there, you can generate a HAP ID for your medical. yes, you need to create your immiaccount

@kikay we're still awaiting our bank loan release then pay the visa fees. BTW, we are under a migration agent service unlike your case - independent right? I am given go signal to secure our NBI clearance but the medical will follow after lodging our visa na. No rush as all documents were submitted to our agent including FORM 80, passport copies, birth & marriage cert, etc. God speed our next steps!

About Form80, we have to print, fill-out then scan? how about Form 1221 na-pass nyo na din?

@kikay good day. I just speak with my agent today. Will pay the visa fee this Saturday and told us na definitely, May 2 na ang official lodge date na magrereflect. Mag i-issue na rin sila ng HAP ID. Go for medical na and NBI ang next steps para ma-front load na. I assume na before our CO contact first time, naka upload na lahat. I think wala na ito Form 1221 kung wala naman for revision sa original docs na na submit then. Ang alam ko pag may pagbabago sa travel or dependent member changes, dito lang needed ito. FORM 80 lang sapat na. Sana by month of July direct grant na!

@kikay madali lang FORM 80 i-fill up. Ginawa ko is nag fill up ako typing my information and my wife separately. Then submitted it to my agent. I think sa pag lodge ng VISA, sila na bahala dito. If ever pipirmahan na lang sa kada pages ng FORM 80 namin mag asawa. Kasi i-scan nila ito para ma attach sa Immiaccount. Good luck sa atin both. Sana wala glitch ang medical ng buong family. I even have performed my annual physical exam sa company and ruled out my congenital heart inherent. Good thing last Tuesday, my cardio doctor had cleared me normal! Kakailanganin din kasi ito just in case attending doctor at St. Lukes would require me clearance in case.

@jedh_g thanks po for the info. i'll ask po sa agent ko about sa fast track. ongoing pa rin po yung checking nila ng CDR ko. baka nga po mag avail na lang ako ng fast track kasi parang ang haba ng waiting time.

Hello, Meron ba dito naglodge ng visa tapos di pina-skill assess ang spouse nya? Question ko lang sana kung pwede bang i-No na lang yun employment history ni spouse since di naman nagke-claim ng points. Kokolektahin ko pa kase ang COEs nya kung kailangan, then certify copy na naman.

@lupin kung di ka naman magclaim ng partner points no need na for assessment. sa case namin wala partner point pero nilagay ko sa application ang employment history ng misis ko. baka kailanganin nyo magpasa ng form 80 ay ilalagay mo din employment history nya dun.

@engineer20 Anong forms lang po ung pinass nila? Galing naman di na kayo ngform 80. Pano po ginawa nila? DIY din kasi kami. I've heard somewhere na pag nagfrontload ka ng nbi prior to lodging di na nila pinapagawa form 80... Not sure with this though..

@shemsimi good start. When you avail the fast track service, it will just take you around 5-7 days to receive your CDR assessment. Just make sure all your relevant career episodes were reflected. Once you receive it, utter a prayer of thanks to our Lord. Good luck!

@psalms5110 I think the HAP ID or medical referral letter could only be generated by our migration agent upon payment of our visa fee. As of now, NBI muna pwede lakarin as advised. If you are without the agent and make everything independently, pwede kayo mag generate ng request sa ImmiAccount ninyo.

Magtatanong lang po uli, Pwede ba ang black and white na copy na ipapass sa DIBP? May pirma naman yung documents namin ng Justice of Peace dito sa Australia kaso Black and White nga lang.

Hello @rich88 question lang. My boyfriend is applying the same ANZSCO code as you. Software tester din siya, our next step is assessment from ACS by Aug kasi dun pa lang siya mag-5 years. He's gathered all of his requirements except for COE na lang. Just a brief background, he was actually a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering in UST pero ung field ng job niya is as Software Tester which as we know is IT field. Hindi ko lang alam kung makaka-affect ba un sa assessment niya sa ACS as per very minimal lang ung ICT courses niya in college. Thanks in advance.

@chewychewbacca should be a study that had been completed in Australia evidenced by legitimate diploma certificate. You cannot claim points for a local employment. You may check with their official website just to be sure.

@chewychewbacca once you hit score of 7.0 on all bands you have your 10 pts credit to your EOI application while obtaining 8.0 on all bands shall mean 20 pts. You should at least get 60 overall points should you target visa 189 while at 55 you could try visa 190 under state sponsorship but with a bit of luck to get invited. Good luck and stay patient. I knew how it feels as I did too. Persevere and it will all be worth the wait! >:D<
