SVP 573 waiting for almost 4 months now...

Hi guys..meron po ba dito with a similar situation? Lodged my SVP 573 application last April 4, 2016 and was acknowledged by the department ng April 5, 2016 but until now wala pa din decision. My course commenced last July 4, 2016 with Victoria University. Lodged my application with IDP. Any advice or inputs from you guys will do. Thanks!

Hi Tin. Almost same tayo ng situation but mine was acknowledged Jan.27, 2016 pa. Svp 573 with dependent. Nagdefer nako next year, Feb 2017, kaya siguro wala pa result yung visa namin. ang hirap maghintay, baka Oct or Nov. pa labas ng visa namin. If that will be my case, 9 months ang waiting period ko. (

@windstruck hi sis! Sorry to hear about that.. alam mo ba kng ano ang naging cause of delay? DIY ka ba or with an agent?

@Tin0929 ako ganun din mga 2 months, pero nagrant na, advise ko is to meail them stating how many days has passed and inquire the status and your concern that d cla nagmessage for anything or any problem at lumalapit na ung intake mo, also ask help sa counselor mo to call someone inside from the embassy about your case.. stressfull talaga ung mag wait.. with defacto din ako at kaninang umaga lang na grant, sa monday na ung class ko.

@shezy1018 @dinozor nagemail na din ako several times sa [email protected] pero unresponsive tlga sila kahit na istate yung situation..laging auto reply lang nakukuha ko..nagpatulong na dn ako sa counsellor ko to contact an officer inside the immigration pero same..ang response lang is they will get back to me. Its been 4months..daming plans na dn ang naka pending all because of the wait..

D cla nag autoreply though.. ung co na tinawagan ng counselor ko kasi nagusap sa co ko regarsing my case, i kept on nagging kasi sa counselor ko and double sent my emails sa embassy. Hopefully magrant narin kayo, I myself was expecting to defer today and didn't expect na mag grant at the last minute

I emailed the CO a couple of times and he just replied 1 time. A part of the email says "Rest assured, however, that the Visa Office is endeavouring to finalise applications regardless of high volume of applications we are receiving at this point."

My counselor is communicating with the university regarding late commencement.

Let's continue waiting and hoping that our visas will arrive soon.

Kung ang April nga Di pa na asikaso how much more ako na June lang nag lodge under old rules. Though February 2017 pa intake ko, it's not impossible na umabot din ako ng 5,6,7, months of waiting, or worst defer. Anyways, pray lang tayo guys.

@abby315 Sa akin sa acknowledgement email nakalagay name ng CO sa baba with his position number. Ilang beses narin ako nag-inquire regarding the status pero 1 time lang siya nagreply.
