We are looking for housemate for our place in Point Cook (Melbourne West Suburb). The details as follows:

- Nearest Train station - Williams Landing (Werribee Line) which is about 35mins away from CBD by train.
- 1 Minute walk to the bus stop to train station (10-15 minutes to the nearest train station)
- About 22 kms to CBD by car
- Walking distance to Woolworth Featherbrook Community Centre
- Room has 1 queen-sized bed and a built-in wardrobe with tall boy and side table
- House to be shared with a family of 4 (working couple and kids attending school)
- Pet Free and non-smoking housemates
- Free internet with Netflix subscription
- You will have exclusive use of the shower (right next to the bedroom)
- Rent per week is at AUD150 inclusive of utility bills
- Photos can be provided, upon request
- Preferably single occupancy
