I will take the initiative of opening a new thread for people with 189/190 invitation holders - share your details guys (ANZSCO Code, points, date of EOI/SS submission, etc...)

Currently they have released invites for Sept 1 - from what I gather in Expat Forum, there were several 70 pointers that were invited. Almost all the people posting there are from India so I am hoping that there were invite handed out as well to people from this forum apart from @olan.

    At least you are there boss! :) But do they usually send out any acknowledgement letter ba? have you checked your EOI acct? Maybe they have sent the correspondence there...

    @psychoboy it depends kse others waited for few week or 1 month before they got an invitation from skill select. Depende din sa dami ng applicants kse limited lang yung invitation binibigay ng DIAC sa mga states every month. So naka line up yung mga approved SS then from the date of the EOI sila nagbabase sa invitation.

    Eh nag-email na ako sa GSM.documents noong friday at sumagot lang ng generic response which includes the following statement
    Delays In Acknowledgement Letters

    In the short term there will be a delay of up to 10 working days until an acknowledgement letter is received for e-lodged applications. You should however receive an automatic Transmission Record Number (TRN) and where applicable automatic confirmation of payment for the application.

    If your current visa will expire within 10 days of lodging your application through e-lodgement, you should contact the department.

    Delay of 10 working days daw e pang-11th working day ko na kaya nun. Bukas pang-13th working day (19th day since submission) ko na wala pa ring acknowledgment letter. Tampo na me. =((

    nag-email ako today asking for my acknowledgment letter and correction na din sa application ko (mali kasi ung napili kong language ability), wala pang 10 minutes sumagot sila with the generic response in RED font

    @lock_code2004 pagkabayad sa application, may system-generated email which contains the TRN(na-receive ko ito) followed by a separate acknowledgment letter na may attached pdf files as mentioned by olan.

    Iba pa rin yung CO notification.

    So nag-email ako ulit kagabi and surprise! Same generic response. [-(

    @psychoboy swerte may CO agad.. sana mabilis dn m-allocate ng CO mga tga forum:) sabay un pag-lodge k ng EOI (189) and NSW. so may EOI number na ako pero for 189 visa lang. nung cnontact ako ng NSW for my EOI number, saka ko inupdate un EOI application ko and chose the 190 option as well. kala k kc pag-approve k na saka mo lang pwde iclick un 190 option. but i think u can choose both 189 and 190 to save time. para NSW can already see ur name in the 190 database

    No CO & acknowledgement letter as of today pero nagkaroon ng update nung nag-log in ako DIAC. Dati kasi ung in-attach ko lng is passports, birth cert, skills assessment, IELTS. Ngaun nadagdagan ng fields for TOR, Diploma, PCC, COE, etc tapos ung health din recommended na nakasulat. So ibig sabhin gumagalaw naman pala :)

    I lodge mine last Septe 3 or 4 ata, got an invite last Sept 1. Applicatoin received pa lang status ko and di ko alam kung ano yung PDF na sinasabi nyo na acknowledgement letter. Hanggang ngayon di ako maka-attach, sumagot sakin yung eVisa support asking for information. I read sa expatforum marami nagkaka-problem sa eVisa system. Actually naka-upload ako once, pero pag-logout ko at pagbalik ko in a few hours nawala lahat ng na-upload ko.

    Hopefully positive ang decision at may decision na by December, target na namin lumipat ng AU by 2013.
