Well, I got information from my company that Australian Immigration system is under maintenance till 15th Dec. This has resulted in a slowdown in processing and filing the application. Apparently DIBP is facing technical glitches.

Makikisali lang po dito sa batch na ito.. planning to lodge visa 190 this coming week.

Kapit lang po sa mga nag-aantay ng invites. Ibibigay rin yan.

Almost half a year din po ako nag-wait and I know the feeling.

Pero tiwala lang! At prayers. If it's meant to be..it will be.

Hello everyone! Meron ba dito may experience na nakakuha ng ITA for Visa 190 for an ICT occupation? Currently kasi, meron ako 55 pts. If makakuha ng invite from NSW, magiging 60. Just want to check kung possible makakuha ng ITA sa 60 pts lang. Thanks in advance

Matatagalan. Probably more than a year of waiting, baka wala pa dahil competitive ang application sa ICT at halos lahat eh pro rata.

Mas matagal pag under stream 2 ang ICT occupation mo.

update lang ulet ng tracker..

so ayun, may CO na ako kahapon, hinihingi ang SG COC at revised Form80, kelangan ko daw ijustify kung paano ako nabuhay before ako nagkatrabaho. haha. so baka yun yung period after graduation which is nag rereview ako for board exam, kung sino nagsusuppport saken at kung saan ako nakatira..

yung SG COC naman ay nakuha ko na kahapon, isang araw sa SG, return trip to Australia same day. kakapagod, busog dahil kumain sa Jolibee. haha. kaninang umaga dumating dito sa Aussie, ligo lang then pasok sa work. isang araw lang kasi yung Sinungaling Leave.

we are a family of three from Bacolod, 3 years old baby namin.

where should we go for the medical exam, and how much would it cost?

Hi guys! Ask ko lang how to determine the appropriate evidence type or document type pag mag-uupload ng docs? For example, NBI Clearance, sa Overseas Police Clearance na document type ba dapat? Also, yung other documents like passport or birth certificate, can I attach them to different evidence types?

@MikeYanbu hi Mike, mas okay St Lukes although sa Nationwide ko dinala baby ko sa makati. Based sa experience ko mabagal sila. Sa mga nababasa ko dito sa forum ok sa st lukes sa BGC.

Normally one day lang tapos na medical yung result nun mga 2-5 days depende sa clinic. Pero normally mabilis lng sa BGC compare sa nationwide.

At last some good news from DIBP

We had speculated that the decision to make Nurses Pro Rata did not make any sense and that maybe it was an error in our 5th December thread. We emailed the DIBP policy area the same with our thoughts as to why this had been an error from the Department of Education who administer the invitations. They had not replied.

We contacted the DIBP facebook page (as we had still not received a reply from the all important policy area). The DIBP facebook page advised us that Nurses had been made Pro rata on purpose ?? you can see that below :

As a result we posted threads earlier today about that.

However …. in breaking news we have just been advised by the DIBP policy area (the part of the department that administer the 189 visa program) that in fact Nurses are NOT Pro Rata. That this was a mistake in the last few rounds.

And further the decision to not invite any IT/Computing Occupations in the last round was also a mistake that will be rectified in the 21/12/2016 round.

That seems good news and it seems that from the 21st December skill select round, that Nurses will no longer have Pro rata restrictions on it which means that 60 points should be enough to get an invite. Also 489s (family sponsored ) will not be open again for Nurses.

DIBP also confirmed that the IT/Computing occupations will be invited again and the missed Pro rata places will be allocated to (according to what DIBP advised us).

ALSO DIBP just told us that confirmation of this will be included in the 7th December Skill Select results which will be published shortly.

Worst clinic is Nationwide Cebu and yung FB page nila puro negative feedback.. yung eldest son ko mag 2 weeks ng tinutulogan ang medical exam results.. mahirap makontak kung tawagan. Pagsumagot naman, puro assurance lang binibigay and shitty reasons like, walang doctor or busy ang doctor kasi marami pantients.. laki na ng gastos ko kakatawag.. pero no choice kasi sila lang ang accredited sa Cebu.. I hope mapasara sila para di na makapurwesyo.

Malalaman mo kaagad result after 3 to 5 business days. No need to lodge visa application to find out if you're cleared.
