    Additional question lang:
    8. Matagal ka na ba dito sa Sg?

Sa akin kaya ko pinili ang australia (no specific state) is because of my family's future. Dito sa Sg wala kaming magandang kinabulasan dito. Puro trabaho, walang work-life balance. Dito sa sg pag dito nagaral anak namin baka hindi na talaga ko makapagpahinga as in trabaho na lng palagi just to be able to pay for the school fees.

    Hope this helps.

@princestar11 Stable ba ang job mo dito sa SG? Kasi for me, mas ok sa Sydney.

Pag biglang nawala ang work mo sa AU, hindi ka basta basta makakalipat ng work depending on your visa conditions (I'm assuming you'll be on Visa 457 which will be sponsored by your employer).

    Ano palang occupation mo bro?

Nasa SOL/CSOL ba yung occupation mo?

Thank you for the advise sir.

Saang state ba yung may offer sayo ngayon? pag 190 kasi, kelangan dun ka lang sa state na yun mag stay and work for 2 years before you can move to other states.

Habang andun ka naman sa Australia nagwowork, may opportunity kang mag-apply for 190 which will make you a PR, much better ang benefits. When you become a PR, you're eligible din to be a citizen after 4 years, and you'll be holding an Australian passport. You mentioned mahilig ka magtravel, you'll be able to travel visa free to more countries rather than holding a PH passport na from time to time kailangan mo pa mag-apply ng visa.

Since you're still single, better start early to settle in a place where it is more stable lalo na kung may plans ka to build a family of your own. Kung gusto mo maiwasan yung mga ganito, you might want to consider moving to Australia earlier.

Para sakin, If there's any advantage of working in Singapore yun ay super lapit lang sa Pinas. If there's any emergency, mabilis makauwi. Maganda din ang safety dito.

Pero this is just my point of view. Siyempre it will depend pa rin sayo kung ano sa tingin mong best sayo.

Goodluck sa decision-making. Pray lang and He will lead you to the right and better path.

And tama yung sinabi nila sa taas, in terms of Education, Healthcare, mas ok sa AUS.

Thank you po.

@princestar11 - let me tell you my story and hopefully some insights may be learned...

2008 was the year me and my ex-gf (now wife) arrived in Singapore; she was working as an auditor / finance manager while ako naman I was working in investment operations for a British bank. Just like you, Singapore has been good to us. We were able to save substantially here during our stay.

After we got married in 11.11.11; we begin to think where do we go from here? It can't just be fattening our bank account because at the end of the day, we can't stay permanently in Singapore because we were just under an EP. So ayun, our travels brought us to Melbourne in June 2012; it was love at first sight for my wife; for me naman it was like pwede, why not try diba?

Again swerte kami as my wife's occupation was in the SOL; it was quick and rapid, ginawa kong career to ensure that our application will be all good. Fast forward to November 2012, we got our visa!!

And by December 2012, we bade goodbye to our beloved SG... We spent a good 3 months with our family sa Pinas and konting travel around Asia before we finally did our entry as PR in April 2013.

Did I like it immediately? No... The transition was hard; couple with the fact that we didn't have work then immediately. Again swerte kami because by June 2013, we already got some work (albeit low pay, not really our line of work kind of job) na kahit papaano it stops the money from bleeding.

Little by little, we slowly learned to love Melbourne... We got better jobs, we got to meet friends here, we slowly opened ourselves to Melbourne.

Did we make the right choice? Absolutely... Melbourne is now home, we got a house here in end 2014 and I got my citizenship a few months back...

Do I miss Singapore? Of course, kaya bisita nalang every once in a while (I will have my 3rd visit this coming Feb 2017, so ayun excited!!)...

I am talking too much na so I will end it here but feel free to ask any questions...

Thank you Sir. Since meron na opportunity for me to work there, I'll just grab it, if ever naman hindi magwork out we can always go back to SG. I am actually finish with the documents I need for the visa application.
