    May tanong lang ako.. kapag po your claiming points in EOI for example 65 points with partner points then later on ang pwede mo lang pala ma claim is 60 points dahil hindi na satisfy sa partner points.. subject for visa refusal po ba yun?? salamat po sa mga may sasagot. :)

    @FireBREATHER I think, oo. May nabasa yata ako dito sa PinoyAU na similar case, nag-overclaim sa EOI ayun refused ata or inadvise ng CO to retract the visa application. Grounds for refusal ang overclaiming, kaya dapat match yata yung points sa ITA and sa actual visa lodgement. :)

    Guys question.... Ang CO ba nagrerequest din ng BC ng parents at siblings ng applicant kahit di naman sila kasama sa application? Kasi sa isang form ata dapat ilagay mo names ng parents at siblings diba. Maliban ba sa spouse at children, need pa ng BC ng parents and siblings?

    Hi everyone. Bagong sali lng. May tanong po ako. Meron kasi ako experience sa Pinas na hindi na count ng ACS due to lack of information. Pwede ba akong mgupload ng additional employment reference (magrerequest ako sa first employer ko) na hindi ko naisama sa ACS assessment since they are requesting more info pertaining to evidence of employment. Or any documents (payslip, promotion letters) as proof na nagwork ako during that time ay enough na.

    Guys question lang. Pwede ba ako mag apply ng 189/190 visa kahit wala pa akong experience pero (hopefully) aabot ako ng 60 points? (Age, IELTS,undergrad) O kailangan meron talagang experience? 489 family sponsored balak ko kaso kung pwede naman na mag 189/190 ako pag abot sa points yun nalang siguro. I'll graduate BS ECE in UST in June. Thanks!

    meron dito nabasa ko walang experience..nag-pa-assessed sa EA..yong school projects/thesis ang ginawan nya ng CRD..grant na siya ngayon..nakalimutan ko name..pwede kasi sa EA school works nung college..no idea sa other assessing body..
