@pmond If I'm not mistaken, I think plus 5pts lang ang dagdag ng state sponsorship. If your occupation falls under 2611 or 2613 (see link) then 65 points ang minimum to get invited. If you get the state sponsorship then I think you'll qualify for both 189 and 190.

Without the state sponsorship, di ka pa abot sa minimum points.

@limahf Unfortunately, di na direct grant tawag dyan kasi na CO Contact ka na hehe! Pero ok lang yun. Ang importante eh makakuha ng grant in the end. Just provide all the docs na hiningi ng CO asap.

@Ozlaz nadeclare ko yung current company ko na part siya sa pagkuha ng points. pero sa ACS ko hindi siya kasama. So instead na masabi nila na wala ako proof para justify yung points (if magkaron man ng dagdag) nagdecide nalang ako na resubmit ko nalang yung EOI ko with the correct data.

@Ozlaz oo nagkamali din ako sa ACS ko dati hahaha hindi ko naattach yung payslip for statutory declaration.. sa EOI oks lang kase pwede mo ulit submit wala additional na payment haha pero buti nalang nacheck ko ulit bago ako maglodge

okay lang ba select ko ANY or should i select a specific state?

I originally selected western Australia kasi nandun girlfriend ko pero nalaman ko suspended pala as per WASMOL .

please advise naman please kung ano dapat select ko ? thank you

@limahf its not direct grant anymore po kasi yung first contact ng CO mo is hingi ng documents. if direct grant, wala ng additional docs, grant agad.

another question po dun sa part ng EOI sa baba. does it mean i have to literally contact yung state through their website or i can be possibly invited by the state after completing EOI?

The client should contact the State or Territory they are interested in receiving nomination from. The State or Territory government selected by the client is not obligated to contact the client. Contact information for State and Territory Government’s nomination process is available on the relevant visa subclass pages (eg. visa subclass 489)

@pmond Yun yung di ako sure. I think pasok ka naman basta makakuha ka ng state sponsorship. Wait natin input ng iba.

@mistervirata Di naman required. meron daw ibang hindi naman nagsubmit pero nakakuha ng grant. Yung consultant namin advised us to submit. Kung kaya niyo namang magsubmit nito then better. Mahirap nang mahingan pa. It's a small thing lang naman na di naman hassle na makuha.

i am claiming 8 out of 10 years work experience and i have had a previous job before my current job. sa previous job ko , hiningan ako ng CO proof of renumeration so i guess payslip yun - question is pagdating sa payslip, my old company would not be able to give me my old payslips anymore, or kung makapagbigay sila limited lang. And then hiningan naman ako ng bank statements sa current job ko showing salary transfers - do i need to get hold of 8 years worth of bank statements or pwede yung recent lang like 1 yr worth.. sa tingin nyo how comprehensive are the docs that they require?

@auitdreamer Nilagay ko sa form 80 ko na meron akong expired passport. Do you think irerequire po ba akong magupload ng biopage ng old passport? Thanks po sa inputs!

@limahf are you claiming experience din sa previous company mo? if yes, bigay mo na lang cguro ung meron kang payslips kahit na limited. if possible, magprovide ka rin ng tax ref as proof of paid employment.

for bank statements sa current work, di rin ako sure kung ilan per year na bank statements. di ko kasi natry ito.. ang nabigay ko payslips and tax ref

maybe others can advise about bank statements..

@limahf bakit ka hinihingan ng bank statements? Ano ang na provide mo noong una mong upload? Kahit nagbigay ka na ng mga itr, hiningan ka pa rin ng bank statements?

@Ozlaz di ko inexpect na icontact ako agad ng CO in 6 days so kinikumpleto ko pa yung ITR ko sa singapore at di ko pa sya naupload tapos cinotact na ako. Nagbigay ako ng payslips sa current job ko + statutory declaration. kulang pa info.

@limahf for whatever proof of income whether payslips, ITR or bank statements, try to provide documents to cover the start, middle and end of your employment term.

Kunwari for payslips, if limited lang mabigay ng employer mo - ask for your first and last payslip plus every July and Dec of every year of employment. Important na walang doubt si CO na you were employed during the entire duration na kiniclaim mo. Meron na dito sa forum na nakaexperience na pinrovide lang nila yung last 5 years kunwari tapos hiningan pa sila ng proof for the first 3 years of employment.

@mistervirata No need to upload biopage of old passports. I also listed expired passports in my Form80 pero yung inupload ko lang is yung biopage ng current passport ko.

@limahf I think same tayo ng case for bank statement. For my case, yung initial submission ko was salary slips for all years of employment however yung bank statement ko na sinubmit ay kulang ng first 2 years. Hinahanapan ako ng proof of income for the first 2 years kahit complete ang salary slips ko. I have requested with the bank... waiting for their update pa.

weird, i just got an invite for 189. Yey! Kala ko wala invitation round today, nilodge ko pa naman yung 190 from NSW last week. sayang yung 300 AUD
