Hello Everyone,

Nakita ko ang waiting time sa ITA ng System Analyst kapag 65 pts ay 31 weeks. May mga questions ako please.

1. Kung para makatanggap ng EOI pa lang sa may 65 pts ay 31 weeks na, gaano katagal kung 60 points lang?
May pag-asa pa ba ang mga may 60 pts sa System Analyst na ma invite pa?

2. After mag lodge ng EOI o magsubmit ng visa application, pwede bang mag resign sa work na pinagbasehan ng points ko at tsaka mag stay sa ibang bansa habang naghihintay ng invite o pinaprocess yung application ko?
O kailangan hindi ako umalis sa work ko na pinagbasehan ng points ko o sa bansa na kung saan ako naglodge ng EOI/nag apply? O pwede at kailangan ko lang sila iupdate?

3. What if kailangan ko na magresign bago ako nakapag lodge ng EOI o nainvite mag apply, pwede parin ba ako mag lodge ng EOI/magsubmit ng application kung resigned na
sa work pinagbasehan ng points ko at tsaka mag stay sa ibang bansa habang naghihintay ng invite o pinaprocess yung application ko?

I saw many state sponsorship invitation in expatforum today under SA. Maybe today is for issuing invitations to apply instead of granting visa

Oo nga e, atleast ikaw alam mo yung hi ingi na lang ni CO kulang sayo. Yung akin kaya? Nakaka baliw pala.

@miteglia90 As far as I know, last invitation for 60points last 17 Feb 2016 pa, then yon visa date of effect nila Mar 2015. Pwede mo check yon previous invitation rounds sa skillselect website, either 65 or 70 points lang sya lagi for Systems Analysts lately, dami talaga apply siguro na 65&above yon points. Para mag add up yon points mo, try mo din 190 visa +5points if meron ka state nomination or pwede ka mag claim ng partner skills, if applicable, +5points provided na may proof of competent english and suitable skills assessment din si partner. Or try to get superior english kasi 20 points agad sya.

@miteglia90 IMHO best to wait until your visa is granted before resigning. Before you visa is granted, there is a possibility they will verify your employment. I am not sure, but if you are no longer employed by the company you declared as your current employer, this may be a point against you. I think this because you are required to inform them if there are any changes to your situation especially to employment where you earned points.

@auitdreamer Thanks for the info. Hmm kailangan ba currently employed ako when I lodge the EOI? I think as long as nakapag lodge ako ng EOI with more than the experience needed for 65 pts, okay lang na unemployed ako nung time na nag lodge ako ng EOI... I think ha, but makes sense naman diba, na hindi naman dapat currently employed dun sa occupation at company sa paglodge ng EOI, basta current yung status dun sa EOI either employed/unemployed? Thank you.

@Strader mukhang not this month pa natin makuha ang hinihintay nten. I saw this comment in expatforum. I havent double checked this though.

Like i said in my earlier posts. There have been some co contacts recently, yet few grants. If you look at the trend before July 2016, many who got grants in the 1st week of july also had co contacts. If I were you, I ll immediately provide all the necessary information to enable the CO work on the application till its decision ready. In july, more grants will flow and I hope and believe you will get yours then.

Hi @miteglia90, payong kaibigan lang mula sa payongayong industry, if u really need or want to resign, no problem naman, maybe you could do it before you submit your EOI or latest before invite. Or kung employed ka parin when u submit your EOI, better to stay employed until grant.

I think it would be best to have your status consistent or steady from EOI til grant to avoid discrepancies of information during the process. No issue if employed or unemplyed as long as consistent ang status mo throughout the whole process.

Though there could be changes na di maiiwasan along the process, it may create stress for u and/or delay the process.

I think the most crucial part for changes is from invite to grant kasi this is the period where ichecheck and iveverify talaga nila ung mga details na pinrovide mo from your EOI.

@kuya.king nakakastress nga ang waiting period esp kung CO contact na. Naprapraning ako kung yong first docs na hiningi sayo yon na ba or meron pang second contact na iba na naman na docs ang i-rerequest nila.

Now ang worry ko lang is yung sinasabi mo nga @Strader na magrerequest pa ng new info.
OR possible ba na manghingi sila ng updated docs mo like police clearance or employment certs bec it's been a few months na since visa lodging at outdated na mga docs na pinasa naten. I hope not, kasi hindi naman naten kasalanan kung maging outdated, kasi sila matagal magprocess. let's hope for the best.

Di naman siguro @eujin yong certificate of employment pwede naman nila verify nLang yon. Hay wag naman sana.
Bat sila invite ng invite kung di rin nila maprocess yong mga waiting for visa. ^^ baka ngayon lang to, uulan din ng visa this month, in His will.

@joshx @eujin 6 weeks na ba since naupload yong requested docs ni CO? Lets wait baka this week kayo or next week na grant nyo. ^^

@eujin wag naman sana. I was analyzing the grant trends of this same period last year (in immitracker) and i noticed maraming cases din last year na matatagal ang grant after CO contact.

I searched for the same dates as my bf's CO contact date and respond date and looks like his grant is going to be out 1st week of june or 1st week of july hehe lhat na ng analysis na pwede eh nagawa na nten.

@Strader 6th week na ngayon. yup. naalala ko nga yan pag inemail attach yung mga docs sa kanila, yung auto-reply ang sabi 6weeks processing daw after receiving the docs. hopefully.

@joshx sana nga bro. chineck ko din yung last yr May '16 dito sa forum, gaya ng sabi niyo ni @fedsquare karamihan end of May to early July ang grants.. haha.. matagal pang hintayan. anyway, in His time, darating din yan

Baka ubos na ang visa for this year. Mayrun nakapagsabi sa akin nuun na limited lng daw ang visa at madaling maubos kung maraming dependents ang nggrantan. Pero, mgrereset din naman sa july. Kasi ung friend ko, april 10, 2015 nglodge ata, naDG pgjuly na. Hinintay pa na mgrefresh ang visa. Parang ung sa US, 85000 lng ang H-1B visa slots. Full agad n 2 weeks.

Possible din yan @rosch baka yan ang sagot kung bakit matumal ang mga grants ngayon.

@rosch ah baka tama ka nga.. pero oks lang naman na matagal basta ma grant. Ako hindi ito worries ko e. Ok lang naman sa akin maghintay, kaya lang, yung sg coc ko, hindi pa rin ako binabalikan. Oks sana maghintay kung lahat ng docs ko andun na, pero kulang ng sg coc. Haaay naku. Kahit anong rmail ko hindi sumasagot yung sg police. 15 working days naman kasi talaga ang processing nun, pero di ko lang sure kung upon acknowledgement pa ng fingerprint impression na ni submit ko or nag sisimula na ba yung 15 working days kahit hindi ni acknowledge yung finger print. Based kasi sa dhl april 26 pa na receive yung mga fingerprint impression. Haay. Sensha na la ako makausap hehehehe
