I've filed my eoi today. There is one question there I would like to ask.

'Does the client meet the Australian study requirement for the skilled migration points test?'

I answered yes kc sabi sa assessment letter that my qualifications is comparable to Australian bachelor's degree for the purposes of awarding points for qualifications under GSM points test.

Tama po ba na nag yes ako? It gave me five points eh. Kung Mali I'm going to edit my eoi answer no on that question. Tulong pro..thanks!

@engrjamescastro rule of thumb. Yung nicclaim mong points sa EOI dapat parehas dun sa initial assessment mo. Kung 60 ka sa una dapat sa summary ng EOI mo ay 60 points din. Tungkol jan sa issue mo, di ko sure pero read carefully yung definition. Baka tungkol yan sa study taken within AUS mismo. Maraming nagkakamali jan pre, ingat lang.

Hi @engrjamescastro, I agree with @Khorups, dapat "NO" po ung pinili nyo kung di naman po kayo nag Study sa Australia.

Answer dapat dito is NO - not unless you have studied in Australia...

This is explained in the Booklet 6 if I am not mistaken.

And yes, dami nadali dito... Meron nga na forfeit bayad sa visa application dahil dito.

Mga Sir,

I have got my positive skill assessment for Computer Network and Systems Engineer) from ACS and kung ma complete ko po yung 6 band in each module of IELTS.
Am I eligible for state sponsorship from any State in Australia.

Please advice me in this regard..

Check NSW SS they only require 6 across sa IELTS.. Pero may payment ang application nila. Visit their website for more information @Arlene5781

if you can scan your docs in full color, no need for ctc...

Hello po. Meron na po akong CO after how many weeks of waiting. My CO asked me additional documents such as (1) Bank Statements showing payment of salaries into personal bank accounts and (2) Taxation Office tax assessments.

Yung problema ko ang second item Taxation Office tax assessment... I am employed in the same company since 2001 to present pero wala na ako copy ng ITR ko from 2001-2007 and our accounting office can not provide me a copy of it. I went to BIR pero wala din dahil dini dispose daw nila mga tax files nila every 3 years. Ask ko lang po kung paano ninyo na manage ang pagkuha nito? Or okay lang ba na ang ibigay ko sa CO ko ay from 2008-2012 lang? Dito lang talaga ako nahirapan kasi pinasa-pasa ako ng accounting office namin at BIR.

just give them what you can then explain mo na lang na wala na yung ibang ITR's mo.

Who else waiting for visa.. ka praning mg antay tapos wala na pending docs from your side... sna mka post na dn kme sa 'Visa Grant 2013' hehe

Mga 6-12 weeks pa daw sabi ni CO. Sana mapabilis naman. Please Lord...

Hello po bago lang po ako sa site na ito....sa akin po mag 2months na po ako nag aantay ng visa ko ni kahit email po galing sa embassy kung may problema sa docs ko eh wala po akong natatanggap.
