Good day guys! I'd like to ask po kung may nagtry na ba dito mag submit ng COGS sa ANMAC na more than 3 months (but less than 6 months) from date of issue? I'd like to know my options po since more than 1 ang country of registration ko which means gastos . Wala po kasing nakalagay sa website nila regarding validity of COGS. Salamat po sa sasagot.

@keynkey Please bear in mind that ANMAC does not accept COGS other than those coming directly from the regulatory authority.

What is a verification of registration letter (also known as certificate of good standing)?

A verification of registration, or certificate of good standing letter, confirms your registration, good standing and fitness to practice as a nurse or midwife. The organisation responsible for registering nurses and midwives in each country or jurisdiction provides this.

Please ask the regulatory authority to post or email a verification of registration or certificate of good standing letter to our office directly before applying to ANMAC for a migration skills assessment. We cannot accept a photocopy, fax or scanned copy of the letter from you or any other source.

Yes po @cucci . I am aware that the regulatory authority should send COGS to ANMAC. It's just that in the country that I'm working in right now, the authority sends us the soft copy of the COGS and we are responsible for printing it out. They do not release original COGS. So I still have the soft copy issued a few months ago, which I can ask the regulatory authority to resend.

Hello po. Meron po ba dito nagpassa ng statutory declaration of salary sa mga hindi nkpg produce ng payslip from previous employment? Yung MOH sa saudi kasi wlang payslip derecho lng sa bank account namin nun. If ever po meron dito nkpg try na magsend ng any letter from the previous employer as to why pay slips were not provided, pahingi nmn po ng copy. TIA

@HDnurse If I were you po, I'll chase those bank statements from KSA. This will be the only proof that you are indeed a paid employee. I'm pretty sure that the bank statements will reflect the deposit transactions made by your company. As to why there were no payslips provided, this will be the body of your statutory declaration. If you can however provide something from the company that says why they don't have payslips, the better. But I doubt it, better to just ask and leave it as it is.

My statutory declaration was about a paid experience but with lacking proof (which is why I haven't claimed points for it, and yet they still asked). I pretty much stated that the proof they were looking for was more than 8 years ago when the system and payroll system was manually entered. Since they migrated to a computerised system, all the paper based accounts were scraped off and started as fresh.

Actually ill be taking the BP this coming May and it will finish on July. But just to speed up my application for ANMAC after the registration, im preparing all the documents needed now. Btw, pwd po ba yun na para di na nila ako hingan ng proof of paid experience sa 2 more previous employers ko, hndi ko nlng sya include sa experience sa CV at sa application ko after ng BP? As of now po kasi 60 points narin nmn na ako including yung saudi-moh experience lng and excluding other clinical experience. Sorry po ang haba at ang dami kong tanong... thank you po ulit in advance.

@HDnurse not claiming the experience and not declaring it are two different things. When you say claim points, sa PR application na to. And you are to actually tick a box which says that you are not claiming points for that experienxe. You might get away from your cv pre and post bp, however when it comes to PR application later on, you have to be truthful as this can be grounds for rejection. Inconsistency and false statements is what they’re looking for so better be sure to declare everything nalang, just to be on the safer side. Yung form 80 and form 1221 sa PR application mo will ask for your work experience from birth to present. Just to give you a heads up.
