Hi Im looking for someone who will take over my contract in my 2 bedroom unit in Torrensville. The lease is until January 20, 2018 but renewable. The unit is just 2 minutes walk to Torrensville Primary School, bus stop to cbd is just in front of the unit (15 minutes to city). I am also willing to sell few basic appliances and furnitures.
