@Bryann, acc to her: "I am registered in the NSW Bar & can practice Migration Law with or without MARA registration."

if u're indeed needing her services, since u are sydney-based too, why don't u give her a call to consult w/ her. anyway, free consultation naman eh.

Ah NSW Bar, uy @kenkoy no offense sa iyo and your friend ha. Pero kasi based sa MARA site, anyone can give immigration advice and services. Pero they need to be MARA registered to charge fees sa client if related sa immigration un service. :D Pero kung free at willing tumulong syempre maganda yan.

@gemini23 since you're working abroad, you should have some funds saved already. For all intents and purposes, baka mas makakatulong na sa inyo ang migration agent. I mean, if you really want to go to Australia that badly, I think the "more expensive" option is worth the try :)

lahat dadaan sa IELTS... the main stumbling block of migrating..

last option is totoyoz hehehe joke lang po :D

Well yun nga, kung transparent yung migration agent, hahanapan ka ng visa class na hindi magiging deal breaker ang IELTS...for all we know, they can broker a direct hire from an employer (that's a possibility).

Pero kung IELTS talaga ang magiging basehan and things are not favorable...it would be prudent to rest a while and pray :) Baka hindi niyo pa oras pumunta dun at may tamang oras na nakalaan si Lord para sa pangarap niyo :)

@Bryann, ah ok. i stand corrected. she is not a registered migration agent. she is a migration lawyer w/c is far different from an RMA. not all RMAs are lawyers but all lawyers can be migration lawyers.

incidentally, kung may kilala ka palang taga migrante, an NGO which helps the migrants, obviously, u may ask about her. no need for further proof of credibility neither an explanation. sayang oras. heheheh!

btw, hihintayin daw nya tawag mo.

Hello! Tatanong ko lang po kasi parang nawawalan na ako ng pag asa mag apply pero halos nasa 200K na po kasi ung nagagastos namin sa agent sayang din if I give up. I started my application for PR last Sept of 2016. Naghihintay po ako ngayon ng invitation for NSW since natapos ung vetassess last April. So nagtake po ulit ako ng IELTS general training kaso naging R and L-9.0 S-7.5 W-7.0. Pinaulit ako, nag PTE ako ayun mas mababa. I’m applying po for Music Teacher(Private Tuition)... please help...

More than 1 year na ako naghihintay. Why don't you try applying in other states.

I will take the IELTS again. Ipapatanong ko lang din po ug change sa points since I’m turning 33 next month. If it will affect the points
