@lhance12 Need mo pumili anong state mo gusto magpanominate? Usually may Victoria(Melbourne), New South Wales (Sydney), South Australia (Adelaide), Queensland (Brisbane), Western Australia (Perth), etc. Need mo pumili san ba mas in demand ang profession/Occupation mo. From there, need mo pumunta sa mismong website ng government nila. Dun ka makakakuha ng information kung ano need mo to proceed with your application.

    Victoria - http://www.liveinvictoria.vic.gov.au/
    NSW - https://www.industry.nsw.gov.au/live-and-work-in-nsw/visas-and-immigration/skilled-nominated-migration-190
    SA - http://www.migration.sa.gov.au/
    QLD - https://migration.qld.gov.au/
    WA - http://www.migration.wa.gov.au/

    I hope this helps you.

Hello po. I have clarifications, Im planning to submit SS for SA, just waiting my renewal for expired skills assessment from vetassess, expecting result around 1st or 2nd week of dec. Im preparing all the docs now and I have questions below.

    1. I have 14 yrs of experience in one company, need ba talaga lahat ng payslips or ITR for the last 10 years na claimed sa assessment? Yung iba kasi di ko na naitago. Siguro I only have available for the last 5 years. Will the current ITR not suffice?

    2. The expiry of my skills assessment was last June 2017 and I applied for renewal. As what Ive understood (pls correct me if Im wrong), yung na assess na skills is yun pa din ang ilalagay sa outcome letter, only that magiging recent lang ang assessment date, like in my case from may 2004 to apr 2014. So ano pong ITR and payslip yung isussubmit ko? Yung within those years lang ba?

Sayang ang time. Huhuhu..

    4. Lastly sa medical, pls enlighten me sa process. Ang timeline ko kasi if meron na ako renewed skills assessment by mid dec, mag apply na ako ng SS, and hoping maka kuha ng ITA before Christmas. If ibless ni Lord at mgka ITA agad, plan ko na mag generate muna ng Hap ID for medical, then lodge na agad ng visa 489 (assuming all other docs are complete by then) without undergoing yet the actual medical process. Iloilo based kasi kami and we have flights and sched availability to consider which di na ako makaka pag leave agad for dec. Is this process okay? We plan to have our medicals done 2nd or 3rd wk of jan.

If you will ask why mag lodge ako agad, why not wait for January? Worried lang kasi baka mapagsarhan ng opportunity. Been there before kaya priority namin na once we receive ITA mag lodge na agad, though hoping din for direct grant kaya sana mag medical na din kami before CO contact. Thanks in advance.

    PTE Writing Tips

For writing essay I used E2 language format and applying what I learned from Ielts. Sa intro, sa 1st sentence ni restate ko lang yung question using my own words. Then sa 2nd sentence if one sided lang yung question, I give summary of the reasons ( 2 reasons only). Example, if ang essay is about importance of computers (one sided), eto 2nd sentence ko. Computers are valuable resources as they (1st reason) aid in learning and are (2nd reason) used to communicate with others. Then sa 3rd sentence sasabihin ko para pampahaba-- In this essay, I shall discuss my point of view by giving points and examples about the topic.

Mga 2 sentences na magsupport sa 1st reason, like if yung 1st reason ko is aid in learning, expand ko ang topic by answering how computers aid in learning, etc. Usually yung reason mo convert mo by asking how, what, when, or who. Tapos sa 3rd sentence, I state examples.

4Th paragraph 1st sentence conclusion, then 2nd sentence recommendation.

If 2 sided naman yung intro pwede mo gamitin yung nasa template like kina Heprex na samples. Then yung 2nd par yung kabilang side, then yung 3rd paragraph yung other side. Tapos same last paragraph.

If nahihirapan ka mag construct ng idea try to research as much as possible. Google mo yung mga common or recent topics on pte writing tapos may mga sample questions dun,, then research mo ano possible answers para sa actual exam may idea kana ano isasagot. Tapos dpat familiarize mo mga connectors (like moreover, therefore, for instance, etc) kasi mas mataas ang grade kapag medyo complex ang sentence na ginagamit mo kesa simple sentences lang.

For summarize written text strategy ko is to first get ano main topic. Then analyze what important points were given, may nangyari ba? If you can answer who/what, when, how and why about the topic pwede mo na pagdugtungin yung ideas mo thru connectors and form a sentence. If you will have multiple paragraphs, summarize mo muna per paragraph then summarize mo ulit lahat in one sentence

Another tip also in writing as much as possible do not repeat the same words. If you dont have much stored knowledge about synonyms okay lang. Practice and Research is the key. Kaya malaki ang help sa akin yung pag research sa mga common or recent topics kasi while practicing pwede akong mghanap ng synonyms then mas madali ko syang ma recall sa actual exam kasi nagawa ko na sya before. Tapos if meron kayong word na ma encounter na parang hirap kayo mag elaborate, google nyo din anong synonym or phrases na pwedeng same meaning ng word. Share ko yung nilista kong mga synonyms na possible na magagamit sa mga essay kasi minsan these are the topics commonly asked.

@chococrinkle Regarding sa number 4 yung sa state sponsorship usually it takes 12 weeks ang pinakamabilis na I've heard mag process is NSW which takes about 4-6 weeks depending din on your score and all. However, you still have to wait for a pre-invite for NSW before pa mag start yung 12 weeks na timeline nila. Hope I cleared some things.

@chococrinkle that is great then pero always give an allowance just in case something comes up. Alam mo naman minsan we have everything planned out pero may mga nangyayari. Better to be prepared. :)

Romans 12:12 Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.

James 5:7-8 Be patient, therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until it receives the early and the late rains. You also, be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

    Onward to the next chapter!

@Pandabelle0405 yup better do research na din and always strike while the iron is hot. Parati na kasing nagkakaroon ng changes when it comes to the skills that each state wants so better act on it when you have the chance.

Wala kasing options dun na ilagay kung related or not related. Then yun sa dependent need din ba ilagay ang employment history nila kahit not claiming for partner's point?

@audreamer05 oo you need to breakdown your claimed point based sa assessment sayo.. at sa partner mo yes you still need to put his employment history.

Got my CO contact today. Lodged last october 11, DG na sana. Pero they’re asking for additional proof of employment. I knew it na talaga. I only submitted COE and SsS, so as expected ayun. CO contact today.

@lhance12 If your occupation is wala sa list ng state, you cannot proceed your application. Look for the state kung san meron demand yung occupation mo.

Need advice po. Meron kasi ako job na not claiming points, so isinali ko siya sa eoi then tick ko not claiming points. Ang problem ko, wala ako proof of employment from the company. Hahanapan ba ako ng coe dun? I can only give them 3rd party documents if ever.
