@aomanansala you must be approved by the state first before the invite. So after eoi you have to apply the specific state website as well. Hindi lang eio at mag aantay na ng invite pag 489.afaik.

@fam4migrant You need to meet the minimum requirements of DHA and then you also have to meet the minimum requirements of SA.

Ang minimum points required ng DHA is 65 points including SS. Depending on your occupation, pwedeng 65, 70 or 80 ang minimum points required ng SA.

Hi I'm planning to apply for visa 489. Paano po malalaman if eligible yung family member namin for sponsorship? Plus if pwede po siya, total pts namin will be 70. May chance na po ba yun?

May 2 kinds of 489 visa. Yung 489 family sponsored visa kailangan yung occupation mo nasa MLTSSL and yung relative mo nakatira sa designated area. Nandito yung list of designated areas immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/skilled-regional-provisional-489/designated-areas-of-australia

Yung 489 state sponsored visa kailangan mo check if yung preferred state mo ay nagssponsor ng occupation mo and ano yung requirements nila for chain migration.

@mallows0824 Yung 489 family sponsored visa sobrang konti lang ng slots. Mga 10 slots lang per invitation round kaya mataas yung points na kailangan para ma-invite. Mga 80 points and up.

@mallows0824 Yung 70 points mo kasama na yung +10 para sa visa 489? Kung kasama na, suggestion ko isa-isahin mo yung websites ng bawat state para malaman mo kung aling states ang nagssponsor ng IE, tapos mag-apply ka dun. Kung sakaling wala na nagssponsor ngayon, antayin mo mag-July tapos mag-apply ka agad. In the meantime, aralin mo yung requirements para sa state sponsorship and ayusin mo na yung documents para mabilis ka maka-apply sa July. Kung kaya mo mag-PTE ulit, try again habang nag-aantay mag-July.

@maguero I want to take again the PTE kaso nanghihinayang ako sa money. Tapos hindi ko naman alam how can improve more. yes kasali na siya. Kung sakali sister in law ko sana magsponsor samin. Need ko ma din ba magstate sponsorship kahit may relative kami?

@mallows0824 much better kung bukas naman sa isang state yung occupation mo for 489 mag state sponsored visa ka na lang kasi mas malaki chance mo kesa sa relative(489) sponsored visa.

Hello. Meron po bang na-grant na dito sa NSW? Particularly sa Far South Coast. Kaka-lodge lang po ng visa last month and kakatapos ng medical noong mid-March. Good luck to us all!

@merwynb passport. Birth certificate, if bachelor degree si mrs. No need English exam results. Provide ka lng ng TOR, diploma, at CEMI.
