Hi guys,

I'm a graduate of Far Eastern University, Manila, with a degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education Major in Special Education. Am I qualified to enter Australian Catholic University (ACU) postgraduate Master in Education? I saw in the ACU website that applicants must have the equivalent of Australian Bachelor Degree OR Bachelor Degree in an area other than education and graduate diploma in education; alternatively a health sciences degree with 3 yrs experience abd graduate cert in clinical ed.

@GieNatsuBuendia_3 - wala po kasi updated list.. because you have to pay to get that list..

so i guess you can only check those who had their degrees assessed from the same school..
or try asking ACU directly..

Ako din po my question. Undergrad po ako ng BS Computer Management na trisem pero may 2 year diploma po ako ng associate...Im sure po it would require for me to do RPL, but I have only 5 years of related work experience sa ICT Network administrator position. Will It be wise to get Microsoft Certs (MCITP) and Cisco Cert (CCNP) to cover up the lack of academic qualification? Would that work po ba? Or would I invest on just switching to another course however it would take me another 3 years to finish IT course as my computer management course is totally obsolete n in any school...hays...Any inputs will be appreciated..

Hi. For Letran, its in section 2, BSBA Computer Management,. makakakuha po kaya kami ng 15 points? Who determines if its applicable fore 10 or 15 points? Pag sinabi ba ng ACS na equivalent to a bachelor's degree, automatic 15 points na pwede namin kunin?

@mergetwo Hello, I'm from De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde which is Section 2 but I got the Bachelor's Degree with ICT Major from ACS. I just lodged my EOI last night and inputted Bachelor's Degree (15pts) kasi yun ang binigay sa'kin na mark ng assessing authority. Feeling ko based sa results ng assessing authority yung sa points. Hindi ako nakapagclaim ng skill points though.

@mergetwo I have no skill points because I've only been working for 3 years so 1 year pa lang yung considered as Skilled Employment ko. So, sa English Exam ako bumawi ng points.

@mergetwo just to add the confirmation, yes acs will determine if aqf bachelor or diploma unless otherwise advised

sorry to have to bother you with this. just wanted to confirm this with you, you were a Com Sci/IT grad with 3 years working experience when you lodged your ACS evaluation? Is this correct?

I'm just really worried about my assessment. I'm an IT grad from a section 1 school with only 4 years of work experience. I'm worried it may not be enough.

Hello mga Sir/Ma'am,
I'm currently a Mall Engineer( manages operations ang maintenance of the facilities/equipment of the building) here in Pinas. Im a licensed Mechanical Engineer. Hingi lang po ako advice. Though 1 year palang ang experience ko, i dream of working in OZ. Do you think it is wise to pursue facilities engineering if i want to work in australia? Im also taking my girlfriend ( soon to be my wife) who is a CPA with me. Should I shift to a different industry like oil and gas or construction? Please help po. This is my dilemma right now. Is facilities engineering best suited to make a good career sa australia or even penetrating it?

Good day. Saan po makikita ang list of colleges/universities na recognized ng Australia for bachelor degree? I am hesitant if I really need to take Masteral to ensure 15pts for eduacation. Thank you.

Hello mga ma'am/sir ask kolang po. If i have units sa masteral will that be consider sa assement nila? May 30 units na ako natetake bale thesis nalang kulang.. Thanks po in advance

You need to have finished your masters if you want to use this.
