Fully furnished Room for rent in Melbourne, Victoria - zone 1, easy transport and close to shops

Hi all!

Fully furnished room with unlimited DSL2+ internet available in 3-bedroom house, available 6-September or earlier.

Tottenham (zone 1); 11 kms from the city. If public transport, its around 30 to 45 min by bus, or if by train, 20-30 mins. But for the train, its 10-15 min walk from the haus...

We prefer someone who can stay at least 6 months, but will also consider 3 months minimum stay.

If long-term, $650 a month + utilities (est = $200+/month).

If short-term, min 3 months, $195/week all in (prepaid utilities).

One month deposit and one month advance.

Our flatmate has finally got his family and is now moving out, so we have the room vacant again! We are planning to buy a house next year so this accommodation is ideal for those starting in Oz.

If interested, PM or contact me 0429841681.

So your efficiency might be better than ours because your place is newer, the pipes are better and you use less gas/elec. Peace.
