ask ko lang po, pwede po ba magpa-skill assessment na khit wla pa ielts? ielts nlng kulang ko. or should i really take first for applying my assessment?
after po ba ng assessment submission ng eoi?

sorry makulit. just found out that i really need to take ielts first 'coz it's one of their mandatory req before assessment.

2nd nlng hehe, can i submit na may eoi? naguguluhan kc ako. baka maiwan ako ng mga parents ko haha.

Question po - sa acs assessment po nakalagay is 'after May 2006 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled' assessed from 2000 to 2014, deducted 6 years kse 'diploma' lang binigay sa qualification ko.

1. Tama po ba, i can claim 15 points? (8+ years)

2. Yung SSS summary contribution ko ay may mga months na wlang contribution ok lng po ba yun i submit as proof in skilled employment? Thanks!

Yes, 8 years of work experience kung walang significant gap and all work experience are related sa nomination occupation.

just to clarify, you will submit an employer reference letter together with SSS diba? if yes, ok lng.

Lahat naman po related sa nominated occupation. Yung gaps, check ko po, pero prang 3 mos na ung pinakamalaking natatandaan ko.

ok lang nmn may gaps basta ang computation is 365 days x 8 sia.

Ung SSS ang wori ko is nung year 2000 2 months lng nakita ko na may hulog. Tas sa 2001 may 5 months na walang hulog. Yung mga sumunod na years till 2008 ok naman na po.

how about 2008 onwards? db after May 2006 pa ang skilled work mo accdg to ACS? yung 8 years of work experience lang na kiniclaim mo ang kelangan providan ng supporting documents unless hingin ng CO previous work employment mo.

Mga Sir ask kulang po, mas maganda ba mag pa process sa agency, at anu pung agency na mas madale at epectibo at d masyado mahal maningel.. paanu ba ang processo nito first ko kasi mag appy sa australia, sa ngayun po nasa oman aku nagtratrabaho bilang Surveyor, pwede ba akung mag apply online, i need your advice... thank you

unfortunately wala akong alm na agency sa oman but make sure na registered yung agent if you are to engage one, check their registration through https://www.mara.gov.au/search-the-register-of-migration-agents/

If you have the time to do research, read forums and kun may mga kilala ka na previously nagmigrate or nagprocess mas makakatipid ka if you do your application on your own pero it runs a risk na mali ung gawin mo kaya you need to be more careful. If you go through agency, its more of spoonfed ang info and u just have to follow instructions from them. Be careful din sa pagpili ng agency kasi indi lahat magaling. some may cheat you pa nga.

Maraming salamat po sa advice..., may katanungan pa po aku...yung Respall agency sa pinas po, ok ba yun sela.. nag invite kasi sela sa akin..., pwede ba mag apply sa agency sa pinas kahit nandito aku sa oman wla ba kayang poblema, magkanu kaya ang ma gastos sa pag process lahat lahat na po.. kahit initial lng po na estimate... maraming salamat ole po...God blessed

Iba pa din syempre pag yung agency mo e anjan sa country kung asan ka. Mas madali ung communication, and anytime pwede mo puntahan. Nakita ko lng dati yang Respall sa youtube pero wala akong idea kung ok sila. Y don’t you try to do research on your own muna, tas pag may di ka maintindihan madaming willing to answer your Qs dito sa forum. Anyway, bago ka mag agency dapat kahit pano may idea ka sa process para indi ka madaya at maloko ng agent. Isipin mo malaking pera ang kelangan mo ilabas kaya make sure na well invested ung pera mo pati na din ung time and effort mo. 

Mga sirs and Ma'am, please help. I have my RPL positive from ACS, though minus 6 yrs yung 9 years experience ko. What's next po ba? aside from IELTS bago EOI? tama po ba to?

RPL -> IELTS starget score is 8 by November -> OIE? or any process after RPL and IELTS?
Please advice and thanks in advance.

hello po. Tatanong lng po baka may ma advice po kayo. Architect po ako by profession. currently working dito sa SG. Nagugulohan ako ngayon kasi yong record ko sa SSS ko is noong 2008 to 2009 lang. simula po noong 2004 to 2008, ako po ay naging freelance contractor pero hindi ako ngbayad noon ng SSS. 1 year lng ako nakapag trabaho ng isang companya. Balak ko kasi papagawa ako ng certification ng mga previous clients ko na nakapaggawa sila sa akin ng mga projects. Valid po ba yon? sana meron kayo ma advice.

many thanks for your concern and advices, wala ren kasi akung oras, 12 hours daily yung work ko dito... friday lng pahenga ko, anung agency kaya sa pinas ang magandang applayan online.. yung may napaaalis na.., kailangan ba talaga ang IELTS pra ma process ang visa ko.., wala na kasing oras mag aral ng IELTS dito...kasi pressure ang work namin dito... construction works kailang may production araw araw... GOD BLESSED PO...

GOD BLESSED PO...

requirement po ang IELTS. min of 6 in each band po ang required depende pa yan sa overall points na pwede mo iclaim or kung may required na IELTS score ba ung state kung sc 190 ka.

depende yung visa type sa points na iclaim mo and kung nasa SOL ba or CSOL yung occupation mo. as for the points na pwede iclaim, please refer to this link (pages 19-31) http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1119.pdf

Hello po sa lahat. Plan po namin ng asawa magtry sa oz. Electrician po cya sa barko, ako naman po ay engineer din dito sa Pinas. We're both registered electrical engrs. Plan po namin magpaassess sa EA for Electrical Engr(SOL). Ask ko lang po sana kung may chance po ba maging principal applicant ang asawa ko?
