Anyone here knows how to change your passport number sa EOI? Wala po kasi sa website na facility kung saan pwede palitan yung passport number. May nakita akong form 929 for changing address/passport number, pero medyo vague yung process niya.

My husband and I have just received the visa approval last Tuesday. This site had been very helpful all throughout our application process. Kudos to the brains, moderator, and users of this site. May maliit na worry lang po kami sa ngaun. Konting advice po sana. My husband is going to Australia for a business trip third week of July. Kailangan pa ba nya kumuha ng business visa going to Australia for his trip? He is not yet decided to go there for the initial entry. If he gets the visa for his trip for sure the immigration would see in their system that he already has been given a multiple entry visa due to the approved 189 visa application. Kindly enlighten us po. If he goes in and out australia (his job is in SG) for a period of one year, as he plans to stay in australia for good only by next year, would that affect his chances of obtaining citizenship as he would fail in the 3 year residency requirement (please correct me if i'm wrong about this info).
Thank you in advance.

Newbie here, and I badly need help. Thank God for forums like this.
Anyway, here's my situation, I want to try to work in Australia. I've been a copyeditor (article, book editor) for more than 10 years. Unfortunately, wala sya sa SOL. Am I right in assuming hindi na ako qualified for the skilled independent visa?
Granting that, can you please state my options? Baka meron way for me to go there and look for a job na related sa aking work ngayon. perhaps going there on a tourist visa nd looking for work? Or any type of visa that I may have missed? Also, I am willing to work in a different field as well, basta kaya ko. So what can my options be? (Note pala, I am a single mom. And I would very much like it if I could bring my daughter there.)
Also, is taking the IELTS required?
Sorry at madaming questions. It's just that I don't know where to start, and I am desperate for answers. Do you conduct consultations?
Thank you so much!

I checked the CSOL, and there were editors there. Does this mean I qualify? It was indicated in the introductions that "You must nominate an occupation from the Consolidated Sponsored Occupations List (CSOL) if you are nominated by a State or Territory Government, a direct entry stream Employer Nomination Scheme visa, a Temporary Work (Skilled) visa (subclass 457) or a Training and Research Visa (Subclass 402)." meaning I have to find an employer first? Is my understanding correct?

Any advice on securing a job offer while offshore? Mahirap ba talaga makahanap ng job while offshore? Salamat.
