hi...ask again a questions,gumawa nlang akko ng bagong topic kasi d ko alam kung wer ko ilalagay eto..,actually i was inform na by our accountant in my previous company in the phili napwede ko na daw kunin yung pera sa coop na min.but gawa daw ako ng authorization letter with notarize by a lawyer, my choice here is gumawa ng authorization letter at ipa sign sa lawyers dito sa Australia? pwede kaya yun at magkano kya ang bayad..d nman pwede ang justice of peace kasi d nman nila alam yan at baka hindi nila tanggapin ng company ko...gsto tlaga nila na may lawyer...so mahal ba magpagawa niyan..../

    @sheep - i did this before but not from australia... i went to phil consulate/embassy.. normally may mga lawyer dun tpos gumawa ako ng special power of attorney.. something like authorization letter... assigning someone to do financial transaction on my behalf.. tpos i-authenticate nila un..

    eto eh kung malapit ka lang nmn sa phil consulate or embassy...

    @lock code..kaw pa ba nag nagsulat ng SPa..at pinirmahan mo together with lawyer sa embassy?i thought katulad sa pilipinas na sila ang gagawa tapos tingnan mo kung tama then bayad kna lang.../

    @sheep - sa ibang embassy may template, tapos dadagdagan mo na lang ng specifics.. otherwise kung wala, eh ikaw ang gagawa...
