    @annaclare what visa sub class are u applying for? If 573 or 572 I believe processing time is a month or more so don't worry to much about that 1 week notion. It's usually a case to case basis so never lose hope sis. :)

    @patet34 kung bridgng ka ok lang as long as ipapasa mo sya. Kung bachelor I dunno kung bakit ka pa pinag aged care? Kasi may friend ako dito na undergrad ng PT sa pinas pero nag apply sa UTS ng bachelor of nursing ok naman lahat. Sino ba agent mo?

    ok pero naisali mo siya doon as your dependent kahit hindi siya kasama sa pag alis mo papunta dito sa OZ? pag hindi siya na declare sa initial na application mo then hindi mo siya pwede i file later ng student visa as your dependent...he has to apply on his own....

    @Siopao23 for example mgBP ako for 3mos pag tinatakan ng no further stay..uwe na ko ng Pinas pag ala ako makitang magsponsor sakin..Naguguluhan kase ko kung bat kelangan ko pa mag aged care kung pede naman bachelor na agad...basta ung may pathway to PR..thx!

    @patet34 I suggest diretso ka na nang bachelor in nursing kasi mas magastos if mag aged care ka pa. I met Pinays here na nakatapos na nang bridging program, RN na sila pero umuwi sila ulit ng Pinas kasi ang hirap makakuwa ng employer to sponsor for work visa. It means, sayang lang effort at pera nila. If you're going to take BN like me, mas may chance tayo to apply for PR at mas mahaba ang time natin makahanap ng employer kasi may post-graduate visa pa. Target natin maging PR for higher chance to be sponsored. :)

    @phamelaoh well if u already have a baby as a result of your relationship then that is enough evidence for your de facto partnership. In our case, kami lang so proof of address, affidavits from family and friends and more.

    @phamelaoh they are notarized sworn affidavits or statements saying that you have a genuine and long lasting relationship. Samples are found online too. You can also pattern it from the stat. decs they provide at DIBP website. God bless! :)

    Hi people, patulong naman meron akong questions regarding student visa.

    Toto-o po ba na nag change na yung patakaran nila sa sponsor? kase plan namin ni misis cya mag-aaral sa australia isasama nya ako para dalawa kami mag work. Eh sabi ng agent dito samin na Hindi na raw pwede mag sponsor tita ko sa misis ko.. tita ko kase mag shoulder lahat ng expenses namin from show money etc...

    and ano po ba the best option na kukunin namin na course? bachelor po ba or vocational lang? ano po difference...
