By the way, for engineers naman who already submitted their EA application. May we know your status? I submitted mine last February 13, 2011 and it was acknowledged Feb. 17 by charging my credit card with the application fee. As of this writing, I haven't heard from them yet. I'm still within their processing period of 12-16 weeks. I do believe that God is at work.

Hello po. Ask ko lang po if Nagpa-assess po kayo sa relevant skilled employment at pano po yun. magkaiba po pa document file na i-susubmit doon sa main cdr requirements kasi kelangan po nila sa relevant skilled assessment yung mga documents sa main cdr. gaya po noong employment document.

May naka pag submit na ba dito ng generic coe plus emp. Reference from senior without letterhead plus copy of senior's ID?

@avascript: Generic COE + Reference Letter with JD with Company letter head and contact details ng magsisign non. Better mag pasa karin like confirmation letter, contract, ITR, payslips para malakas ang evidence na paid yung work mo and malinaw na aligned yung work mo sa nominated occupation mo.

Yan kasi sinubmit ko. So no need na yung ID ng senior or kahit sino man yon.

Pwede po ba magtanong if advisable magpa additional assessment for relevant skilled employment po sa EA? nagpa- additional assessment po ba kayo? Pag sabay po isusubmit yung cdr at yung additional assessment, magbibigay ka po ba 2 copies of evidence of employment/ work experience documentation kasi both required sa main cdr at sa additional assessment? o kahit yung sa main cdr na lang po magdagdag lang po ng Skilled Employment Record? Salamat po.

@Grasya: Hi! Ginamit ko ang Skilled Employment Record para sa additional assessment. Pero in that case, ililista mo lahat ng work experiences details mo at the same time kelangan mo patunayan na aligned sya sa nominated occupation at paid job sya by sending them any employment evidences like (COE with JD, or Recommendation letter na may JD, contract, confirmation letter, increment letter, appraisal, payslip, ITR).

I did this because yung some of COE kasi napaka generic walang JD, so kelangan ng recommendation letter, di rin stated na paid sya so kelangan patunayan by sending Contract, or ITR, or payslips, increment letter, appraisal). Basahin mo maigi ang MSA booklet at maiintindihan mo.

my nka pag try na po ba nagsend ng ielts results nla sa EA mga 350 pesos lng bnyaran nla sa testing center? kasi nung ask ako ng staff nla if rush ba, sabi ko hindi naman, KAsi balak ko 3rd-4yh week ko na e sybmit ung CDR ko sa EA. Bali yung 350 mga two weeks daw mkarating dun sa EA yung results ng ielts ko

@chu_se advise ko sayo na mas ok if may tracking number ang courier mo if magpapadala ang test centre ng TRF copy sa EA. May capabilty ka ma-track if nakarating ba talaga sa kanila yun. May case kasi na yung iba di nakarating at naging shortcoming yung walang TRF so di nila sisimulan ang review ng CDR if wala kang IELTS TRF.

@supertoblerone so dapat pala tawagn ko yung testing center sir, ask ko kung yung details like tracking number. Meron kya yun? later ko na kasi na realized na dapt yung rush nlng pinili ko. e yung testing center staff kasi nag advice sakin na yun nlng piliin since hindi nmn dw rush.

@chu_se yup pede mo i-arrange na ipadala using DHL, Fedex, or anything na may tracking number. Para may proof ka na napadala or nareceive ng EA. Wala kasi acknowledgement ang EA if nareceive nila yung TRF mo.

Malamang yung rush eh yun ang may tracking number and yung 2 weeks malamang yung ordinary mail or snailmail lang.

Better na magavail ka ng additional assessment for employment experience. para pag nagclaim ka work experience sa DIAC. lalo na pag un job title mo medyo malayo sa skill mo. for instance, Ako civil engineer pero job title ko sa singapore resident technical officer.. Un lang po. :P

hello po! may tanong ako. not sure if natanong na ito sa ibang thread. is it ok na iba-ibang sizes ng bond paper isusubmit sa EA? yung mga copies ko po kasi may A4, may long, may short bond papers.

Hi Grasya.. Yup nag avail ako nung additional assessment. I would suggest na mag-avail din kayo para mismong assessing body ang mag aattest na relevant yung work experiences na ik-claim mo sa DIAC (or DIBP) later on.

May mga case kasi yung iba na akala nila yung ginagawa nila dati for a certain job is relevant or closely-related doon sa nominated occupation nila, pero after EA assessment hindi pala. Although hindi naman requirement ng DIAC na assessed by EA yung Skilled Employment na ilalagay mo sa EOI mo later on. Meron dito na hindi nag-avail nung additional assessment pero na-Visa Grant pa din.

Regarding sa kung ilang COEs with JDs medyo maraming nalilito dito, pero basically 1 kopya lang ng COE ang kailangan mong ipresent sa EA.

For example kung may COE ka ng CompanyA which is the company na basis ng Career Episode(s) sa CDR mo, at yun ding same company na yun ang pinapa-assess mo for Skilled Employment, hindi na kailangang 2 copies pa of the same COE ang ibigay mo.

Basically 1 COE lang for each company. As far as I know iisang Assessor lang ang nag-rereview per Case. So kung sinong Assessor ang nag-rereview ng CDR mo sya din mag-rereview ng Skilled Employment mo, hindi hiwa-hiwalay yung application documents mo kumbaga.

pag mag send ka ng documents sa EA, i attached mo na rin copy ng iELTS mo (kahit photocopy lang).. at ang copy ng proof na pinadala na rin ng testing center sa knila.. in case hindi nila natangap, they can contact you immediately..

Hello all,

Good day.

I realized that I made a mistake on my cdr.
My transcript ang ITRs are not copied in A4 size. I originally thought the A4 size is true only on the career episodes and summary, but not on the documents.

I already submitted my cdr last july.

Are there any similar cases like this?
What do you think is the best course of action?

Your suggestions are highly appreciated.
