@wolfbomb no problem, i know preparing assessment documents is not that easy, i've been there. this time waiting mode muna ako sa acs.
on my part ako nagcomposed ng statdec ko then my previous/current supervisor/colleague sign it in front of notary public.

Kapag nabigyan na ng invite, ok lang ba na isubmit yung same docs na sinubmit kay acs? Like for example sa case ko yung docs na sinubmit ko kay acs were dated and notarized on december 2013 pa.

@wolfbomb dito din po ako sa SG nagpagawa ng stat dec. Gumawa lang ako ng separate letter na ang signee e yung Senior Engineer namin. Then sinama ko sya sa law office. Yung Secretary gumawa sya ng letter stating yung reasons bat ako nag stat dec. Tapos ayun nisign ni colleague yung letter na ginawa ko at yung front page na ginawa nila. Inaattach nila yung passport ni colleague at yung COE ko na galing sa HR. Ninotarized ni Atty saka CTC na rin. mejo pricey nga lang dito kasi daw nkanotarized eh.

new here

I'd like to get some inputs first from you guys before I submit my ACS assessment, medyo mahal e. apologies if a same question has been asked before, medyo nahirapan ako magback read ang dami na kasing pages.
I am a grad from a Section 3 school - BS IT course. And have almost 4 yrs working experience as a Systems Analyst. If I understood correctly, ACS will be assessing both my educational/work qualifications.
*Would I be able to claim 5points for overseas employment? I have read in some forums wherein ACS have deducted 2 yrs? so if ever, ang makakacount lang ay 2 yrs w.e.?
*Since I am grad of a Section 3 univ, what would that be equivalent in terms of AU standards? Can I claim a bachelor degree (15 points) or duon lang ako for 10 points? would grades matter (i got 1.58 GWA)?

@patheticbaka yung mga question mo is more related sa process after na makakuha ka ng result from the ACS assessment. But yes ACS will be looking at your education and employment qualifications. Dinededuct ni acs yung years na hindi related dun sa inaaplyan mo na skill. So kung all 4yrs are related employment experience dito sa pinas, lahat yun maccredit equivalent sa 5pts

Not all 4 years will be credited as suitable. You have to meet a certain suitability criteria which will depend on what qualification you have. For example, an AQF Bachelor Degree with major in computing will need 2 years. Meaning sa 4 years experience mo(na related to your nominated occupation), 2 years lang ang pwede mo iclaim which is 0 po sa points system.

Usually, nirerequire ng lawyers na kasama ung mismo nagsign ng stat dec.

last Sept 9 nakuha ko result ko. 12 days mula nagpasa ako, including weekends.

mga sir mga maam, newbie here. may question po ako. Pano po kapag di nagmatch yung pinili mo na job code dun sa job duties and responsibilities na pinasa mo? ibig po ba sabihin mas kokonti yung years na pwede ka magclaim ng points for skilled employment?

medyo naguluhan po kasi ko sa ACS assessment kung sila po ang magsasabi ng tamang job code para sa experience mo at itatama in case di nagmatch dun sa napili mong job code.

@acrossborder tayo po yong pipili ng nominated occupation natin. so nasa atin po yon kung pano natin gagawin, for example ako halos pare pareho yong analyst programmer, developer programmer and software engineer. Pero yong pinili ko is developer programmer kasi mas related doon ang ginagawa ko. Ano po ba ang nominated occupation nyo if i may ask.

@winxz hi! Ako September 8 nagsubmit, pero gabi na mga 8 pm so hindi na AU shift. The next day, September 9 Stage 4 na ako. Mabilis lang yan! :-)

OK na ACS ko, counted na yung unang work ko so by October 2014 meron na kong 5 years experience. OK na rin yung result nung IELTS ko.
by 1st of october ba 5th year mo? kasi u can submit the eoi now para nakapila ka na. anyway, you will be given 2 months to lodge a valid visa application upon invitation to apply. :-)

@Xiaomau82 nakapag EOI na ko last week. usually gano po katagal bago mainvite?

@wolfbomb, ganyan yung ginawa namin-signed stat dec lang ang dinala namin sa Notary Public at pumayag naman sila kahit na hindi present yung declarant (in our case, Team Lead). Ang key dito ay dapat pumayag si Notary Public na i-notarize yung stat dec kahit hindi present yung Director ninyo. Otherwise, no other choice but to bring the Director with you.

@wolfbomb dito ka na lang sa atin magpanotaryo if you can para less hassle. papirmahin mo yung director nyo then dalin here at pa-CTC. kahapon nagpa-CTC ako ng CoE na 2 pages 40 pesos lang.
