How can promote to this generation the love for local / authentic food? Is the growing of fastfood a concern and should the government be worried?

    Mine was in July 18

Sa unang portion, I was asked where I live, how's the weather, how do I go to work. Then topic shifted to interest, because I was asked if I will appreciate receiving a dictionary. Then places of interest ng mga kabataan daw, so I mentioned Time Zone (haha!), cinema, theatre, etc.

Then my last part was to pick a movie I least liked. Where I watched it. With whom, why I did not like it.

Naipost ko na po sa isang comment ko that it was good that I read this question in google during my review days, at least I was able to prepare a movie in mind. I just googled "IELTS speaking question 2014" then isa iyon sa mga lumabas na samples.

sa kaba ko, I know I was speaking fast. Nevertheless, I got a 7.5. basta pasado :)

Parang normally kapag "favorites" ang pag-uusapan, dapat food, or place, or song... mga ganung typical topics..

    Building? Hahahaha...

Kaya sinagot ko na lang... "I don't have a favorite building... but I can describe you the building landscape in my country, the Philippines, which was heavily influenced by our Spanish and American colonial past and our own Asian and Filipino heritage blah blah blah... World Peace.. Obrigado Brazil!"

Later ko na lang na-realize na may favorite building pala ko which is the Opera House haha

ako the usual work and education, what do you do? can you expound on that? where did you study? what did you study? how did you find your time in school? then it shifted to culture and food. naka-tshirt ako nun pinoy statement shirt na enumerated ang pinoy comfort food ie. (dinuguan, menudo, tinola, sisig, pinakbet) ayos! may listahan ako haha. dinescribe ko lang to the best of my knowledge yung specific dish. madami dami na yun.

"Speak like there's no tomorrow"

Ang tinitingnan ng examiner are the ff:

    1. Fluency
    2. Grammar
    3. Vocabulary
    4. Ability to speculate, give opinion, engage in fluid conversation

    Hope this helps

@J_Oz ok naman! may mats sila na shinare saken dito super helpful. basta magsagot ka lang ng magsagot ng ielts sample tests. some of the questions used by the examiner were actually in the cambridge 9 mats.

:-) so helpful talaga.

@paupau29 thanks sa tips. I have cambridge reviewer. Hahaha

Just finished my speaking today. Topic 2 was about creating a law in the Philippines. Topic 3 was about if most Filipinos do crime.

I have a feeling I offended the interviewer with my negative answer (but it's the truth just was the local news), hopefully not. Got shut down cause I kept on talking, never had a chance to say good bye and thank you :P

I will not forget the look on her face. So how early can I apply again for an IELTS exam? :D

Anyway, I am trying to move on and leave the negativity and look forward to just positive answers tomorrow's remaining IELTS exam :)
