Hi Guys, My Aunt,married to an australian, is looking for kababayan who interested to rent her properties below, close to public transpo, 1 minute walk to Train and Tram station, WIFI internet available:

1) Fully furnished self contained unit/flat.1 car parking.Close to all amenities. Minimum 6 months contract.
200AUD per week, bills included. The Unit has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, can accommodate 2 for sharing person.

2) 1 fully furnished bedroom with Queen size bed.Close to all amenities. Minimum 6 months contract.
150AUD per week, bills included. (This is to share 3 persons in the house, the house is 3 bedroom fully furnished)

@pinoysap, as of now avail pa yung unit. just to give you an idea kung pano yung normal na pag re rent dito sa melbourne. 1. usually you will need to go to real estate agencies. eto sample ng site realestate.com.au, meron ding apps yan for iphone or android. 2. tingnan mo yung mga list ng apt na interested ka, then scehdule an inspection(usually may sched na ng mga inspection. 3. during inspection, dun ka bibigyan ng application form ng agent, sa application may mga docs na required like ID, proof of employment at lease history(so need mo dalin yung lease history mo with contact number ng prev landlord mo). If wala ka nito, mas pipiliin ng landlord nung apt i approved yung may mga complete requirements. para ka ring nag aapply ng trabaho, i sho shortlist yung mga nag aapply sa apt. minsan, tinitingnan din yun kung gaano ka na katagal sa work mo, so medyo competetive dito, lalo na kung ok yung APT(near public transpo, nice street with resto,cafe,supermarket, near CBD etc) 4. pag na approved ka, naka lagay na dun kung magkano yung bond plus kung ilang buwan yung advance payment(usually 2 months). Tapos, karamihan ng apt, none furnished, bihira yung fully furnished. (yung none furnished naman may complete kitchen na yun na pwde ka magluto, minsan may dishwasher pa, at yung mga rooms may heater na, yung iba may aircon din. bibilan mo nlng ng washer,fridge,bed, sofa, dining table, TV(eto yung tingin ko dapat unahin para matiran yung unfurnished na apt). lahat naman nito is pwede pulutin sa daan pansamantala, kase madalas ako nakaka kita sa daan nito, problema mo nlng kung pano dadalin sa apt mo......anyway, yung sa Aunty ko completo na, and gusto nya pinoy lng ang uupa, para lng tulung nya sa mag pinoy na pumupunta dito until maka settle. minimum 6 months yung contract.....if titingnan mo yung site na binigay ko, mahirap maka kita ng fully furnished na 200/wk.....yung 200/w sa agencies usually room sharing lang yun.....

We are a famly of 3 migrating to Melbourne in September.9years old na anak ko so responsible na naman.She still sleep with us at di pa sanay na nakaseparate ang room kaya 1br will suit us.Lets just work out on the extra payfor her siguro for electricity.

@unanimous cool! kung meron kang alam na mga filipino stores or business owned by filipino there. ecourage mo naman sila mag enlist dito sa local business directory natin. karadgadang exposure din kamo sa kanila un. salamant po. ingats ingats na lang
