Hi guys, bukas na flight namin ni wifey papuntang melbourne.:) ask lang, visa grant letter lang ba at certificate of enrollment ang usual na hinihingi nang immigration? the usual docs they ask?

hi po ask lang ako.regarding sa rent ng house,what is the first thing to do pg dating melbourne hows the payment of the house sabi nila thru bank daw pero how can we pay as soon as we get there pag wala pang bank account??help ano pong maadvise nyo, check sa hotel and scout for house? any suggestion pls..hirap kasi wala kaming kilala don..on our own talaga kmi..pls advice regarding po sa house rent?thanks po sa sasagot

Hi guys, ask ko lang sana meron ba dyan sa inyo na related sa hospitality/tourism ang course? Yung sister ko kasi gusto mag student visa pero ang course niya sa atin ay hospitality.

Karamihan kasi ay nursing and business courses pero wala ako alam sa hospitality. Also i want ung pathway to pr pag hospitality ang course sa Aus. Hope you can help me guys, thanks!

@phamelaoh ..i remember when we first arrived here in 2010, yong friend naminang nag arrange ng initial na tinirhan namin ni mrs..pagdating na pagdating namin sa place namin ay nagbigay kami ng payment na cash then after a few days we opened our bank account...yong mga succeding payments ay through the bank account of our landlady. madali lang naman mag open ng bank account just provide your passport and valid ids. good luck

@attila okay lg naman aq sa work q. D nman cla strict dto. They dont really check on you. and cash on hand walang tax so its not recorded as work talaga.

you should pay your tuition fees in full amount every start of semester. i remember last july bayaran ng fees may friend aq na kulang pambayad nya, she asked for an extension d xa pinagbigyan ng uni.. Pg international students kasi strict cla kasi ng mmonitor dw ang immigration.

yeah, mas makakaipon ka f july intake coz your next sem is feb/march pa.. and you have 2-3 months na summer break, that means mkkapang full time work ka

no work limitations.

But for me, bachelor of nursing is better than taking up cert in aged care. Its practical. kahit medyo mahal xa than aged care, atleast after graduation mo Mkakapag apply ka ng grad visa then PR. whereas pag aged care, mahihirapan kang mghanap ngsponsor for your visa..

with regard to the payment of tuition fees, i would add that at time it would depend your institution if what then is their policy regarding succeeding payment since in my wifey's case, the university allows them to pay in instalment basis yet the thing is, you then would not be able to check on your marks from your previous semester. To sum up, it is rather a case to case basis depending on your institution's policy whether they allow international student to pay in full or the other way around.

i know at nakaka stress yan lalo na pag pinapadalhan ng school ang estudyante ng letter na magsasabi doon na i cancel ng school ang COE pag hindi makapagbayad...but i know God will provide and we also though need to make our own share....im happy that you are doing good also in your field now. good luck and God bless

@angelv21 hi po, oct 7 po ang intake namin. Until now wala pa din pong update ung embassy ko. Kelan ka po naglodge? Subclass 572 k dn po?

@miniaj, 573 ako. Naku ako nga til oct 6 na lang binigay saken na extension ng uni. Nakakatense na sobra. Nung sept 11 ako naglodge.

Iniemail mo po ba ang for their further update? Diba ang subclass 573 is nasa assessment level 2 which is 5-14days lang ang process? (correct me if im wrong)

Yes nagemail ako last monday tapos magreply saken ang CO ko under assesment pa daw. Tapos nagemail ako ng friday kase nga hanggang oct6 na lang binigay na extension ng school pero wala pa din po balita. Under SVP po ang school ko kaya AL1 so 14 working days ang process, today pang 12 days pa lang cmula ng naglodge ako.

@angelv21 papadating na grant ng visa mo nian, it takes time lang tlga, and you still need to wait. Ako waiting game din, to surpass my anxiety, nagthithink positive nlng ako and the best thing is pray and trust God

THank you guys sa mga sagot.. Baka ako nalang siguro mag-aaral dyan since hindi na pwede e-sponsor ng tita ko yung Wife ko. sayang naman nakapag IELTS na naman cya.

@ozdreamer0323 hi po. In my case kase i have elicos prior to my main course eh pinakalast intake nila to this year so pag pinadefer ko yung saken instead of feb2015 ang major course magiging feb2016. Ang sakit diba?hay...dapat sept 22 intake pinaectend ko lang so dapat by oct 6 makarating na ko but I'm still not losing hope wait pa din hanggat may araw pa. Have you emailed the embassy for follow up?
