Pa help po!
My bf hasn't graduated from college (CE). He stopped studying for more than a year now and focused on their small family business (contractor and aircon business). He plans on taking up a course on air conditioning and refrigerator mechanic/technician via tesda. Yun ang gusto niya since kasama ito sa SOL.

1. Mag mamatter po ba na hindi siya graduate?
2. Okay lang kaya sakanila na tesda certificate lang ang meron siya? Or pag ganito sa experience sila nag bebase?
3. Will it help kung derecho hanap siya ng employer via jobstreet or workabroad para sa subclass 186?

Mahirap kasi self employed, no college degree, no prior experience sa employers maybe you need a different path na or migration agent or maybe other places nlang. How about your case. baka pwede ikaw nlang magapply sama mo nlang si bf

Medyo tagilid ako e. BSN grad ako 2011 pero i never practiced. I'm a cabin crew for 3 years na and sa CSOL lang nag fall ang occupation ko. So naisip namin since in demand naman ang HVAC sa aus why not si bf ang magtry. Ang problem lang niya yun nga di siya grad. Plan niya mag tesda baka kasi okay lang naman sa aus na short course cert lang hawak niya instead of diploma. And yung experience madali lang yun since sila may ari ng company hehe

@paupau29 minimum po sa 189 visa ang 6 for each component.. hindi na ko nagretake to get a higher score kasi mabubuo ko naman yung 60pts based sa age and acs assessment ko.. sayang din kasi yung 8900 for ielts exam.. and if ever naman kasi may fall-back pa din ako which is nsw state sponsorship na nag-aaccept din ng minimum of 6 for each component ng ielts.. by the way, girl po ako..

by the way, ikaw po ba ilang points na excluding ielts results?

@gernaez kakakuha ko lang ng ielts ko today! saktong 60 points na. L8.5, W8, R8, S7.5
3.5 years exp lang kasi ang naaccredit acs sa akin so 5 pts. tapos.. 30pts sa age

magfile na ako eoi mamaya!! (sorry pala sa sirrr!!)

Oi paupau. Parehong pareho tayo magkaage ba tayo haha. Sayang ung speaking mo .5 nalang kinapos pa 70 pts ka sana hehe. Well pasok na yan . Go na!!! Review mode ako for oct 18 ielts.

@paupau29 mag-eoi ka na agad.. kasi around 5 weeks din yung invitation.. wala namang need na any document na submit during eoi.. then while waiting ready mo na yung kelangan for visa.. may dependents ka ba?

@gernaez okay nagsubmit na ako ng EOI. napansin ko nga ung eoi ala masyado sinusubmit.. puro reference numbers lang kailangan nila.

ano po ba mga kailangan ko iprepare for visa? mmm based sa mga nabasa ko dito... medical pero pag nainvite n un diba? mmm. ala akong dependent.

Hi Guys, I am about to start mag-lodge ng E0I for Analyst Programmer, base sa calculation ko 60 points ako. Would you suggest ba na mag 189 ako or 190 sa Vic (65)? Ayoko sana ma lockup sa Victoria eh.

May confirmation ba ng final points sa EOI?

One more thing sa ACS ko nakalist yung lahat ng work ko from 2002-2013, pero sabi nila since June 2007 lang ang relevant, pag nag EOI ba ako i li list kong lahat from 2002 or from 2007 lang?

meron din bang issue kung wala akong work since mar 2014 (about 6 months) pag nag lodge ako ng EOI? ACS date approval is (Feb 2014).

1. Birth of Age - your NSO
2. Character - NBI
3. Language Ability - IELTS Results
4. Education - TOR and Diploma
5. Skills Assessment - ACS assessment
6. Travel Document - biography page ng passport
7. Work Experience - COE, payslips, ITR

@artagnan may summary! currently, may temporary closure ung ICT related occupations for state nomination sa VIC so i guess, 189 lang option mo. unless naifile mo ung interest for state nomination before oct. 1.

@paupau29 ako pina-ctc ko lahat except payslip and ITR.. pero may mga nabasa ako na colored scanned copy will do except sa similar docs required sa ACS na dapat naka-ctc.. malapit na yan! kung oct. 13 ang next round of invitation, sunday ng gabi plng may email ka na!

Sa EOI form about sa employment may yes or no indicator doon na relevant/closely related. Since yung isang job ko is from 2006-2008, dapat ba Yes yung indicator kung closely related yun? Since I started 2006 which is not closely related according sa ACS but ended in 2008 which is already after 2007.

Im have used the name in school which is "Rodan Rodolfo" when I applied for passpost the authority told me i can only use "Rodolfo" which is in my birth certificate.

You need to get an affidavit or statutory declaration that the name on the passport and school records e isang tao lang. how about on your birth certificate anong name?

saka which school pala kayo graduate kasi im not so certain if recognised ang degree sa Pinas for Architecture. I know 1 architect kasi before na narefuse ung application nia kasi nga daw indi recognised ung degree pero that was in 2011 pa, not sure if may changes sa regulation. i would suggest na iconfirm mo muna.
