  hello, you prob know by now na a property will be advertised as "NRAS" sa real estate sites if it is under the scheme. Pag ang income mo ay under the threshold, pwede kang mag-apply. Contact the real estate agent :- ) the houses that are under the scheme are the same as houses that you can get sa free market - so maganda and bagu-bago pa (usually!)
