Hi Guys!

Makikisingit lng dn. I asked our migration agent about this issue dn and sinabi nya that there won't be any problem with this. kasi wala nmn dw nkalagay sa visa condition ko na sa WA lng ako dpat mgstay and it's just more of a moral commitment dw. And Australia got no means to check all immigrants kung san na sila nkalocate. I'm very skeptical about his answer. Sbi nga ng iba, you'll never know kung mgkaron ng complication in the future.

I wouldn't risk that 'loophole' para lumipat sa ibang state other than the one that supported my visa application. May legitimate reason kung bakit open ang occupations natin sa certain states, kaya tayo nag-apply for state sponsorship, at kaya tayo na-approve because, although there is no assurance that we will land a job in that specific state, there are more opportunities and open doors for us in that region. Unless we have exhausted all our means in securing a job, but to completely no avail. This would be the appropriate way to make a graceful exit, through writing. Mahirap na mabahiran ang record natin sa DIAC dahil di nagpaalam... kasi wala naman nga sa batas nila na bawal umalis sa nagsponsor sa'yo na state.

Important sakin yung moral obligation.

I have doubts about that "moral obligation" thing, sa visa grant ko kasi nasusulat na isa yun sa condition ng visa ko nung na grant ako. Better check and read your visa grant carefully kung talagang "moral obligation" lang yun.

Pero magkakaalaman talaga yan sa renewal or sa pagkuha na ng citizenship.

sa akin sir yung state ang tumulong at sumuporta sa visa application ko at dahil sa kanila kaya kami may visa ngayon.

not basing on paper or any black and white but bilang natulungan ng state nila, I guess it would feel better and more rewarding to pay back to them. at pati sa future, wala din maging problema kung gusto man namin maging citizen ng Au. In this case, we'll be paying it forward.

Hi guys just submitted a release request letter to Migration WA regarding my State Sponsorship obligation after 4months of unsuccessful job applications for full time work.. DIAC has nothing to do with State Sponsorship kaya dapat sa State Migration magpaalam.. They replied naman agad and asking me to answer 4 questions i answered it and send the email an hour ago.. eto ung first part ngreply nila..

To receive State sponsorship from Western Australia you signed an agreement including a commitment to the following:

You remain living and working in Western Australia for a period of two years after obtaining your visa.
You keep the Western Australian Government informed of your contact details during these two years.
You have access to sufficient funds for living costs and domestic arrangements in Western Australia.

..fingers crossed na sana ma grant at mas malaki ang opportunity to find work pag walang state restrictions.. :-) ill keep u guys updated sa outcome ng request namin

@ozzieness so far walang positive feedback last month pa last intrvw ko siguro dahil bagsak ang market at mining ngayon dito mas priority yung mga nawalan ng work at isa pa ung local exp..madami kung sa madami kaso wala pa talaga till now ung iba kong kakilalang same background 1yr plus na eh mas senior pa yun ayaw ko naman umabot sa ganun di sya makaalis kasi nkkuha nang bahay dito.. try din apply online sa ibang state but we prefer melbourne over here sa perth andun din kasi relatives nmin isa pa sa cost of living.. saka last time i check inalis na ung skills ko dito sa mga iniisponsoran nila meaning di na nila masyado need. nandito ka na din ba sa Au?

oo nung january pa ata nila inalis meaning di na nila masyadong kailangan or madami ng supply gawa ng mga nareduntant before.. ewan ko lng sa ibang state pero alamko Victoria meron pa eh..
oo para di ako nakatali sa isang state mas madaming options ginawa ko din naman part ko to find full time employment the past few months di pa nga lang sinwerte..

Q: Since 190 visa is for 5 years and your Obligation is 2 years. Are you Obliged to fullfill the moral obligation upon entry to australia or can you work in different state while applying for a job in the state that sponsored you and finally fullfill the 2yr obligation within your 5Yr visa?

wala pa ata nakakagawa nito sir, so wala pa nakaka-alam, pero diba once na nagland ka sa oz they require you to inform them kung san ka na nakatira at kung may work ka na o wala?
well, sa nsw kasi ganon, ewan ko lang sa ibang state.

I was state sponsored by ACT and currently having a hard time looking for an IT job. Right now, I'm in Sydney living with my sister (para makatipid sa rent) and I'm planning to get an odd job here habang naghihintay ng interview/work sa Canberra.

Ok lang po ba yun?

What if taxable yung sswelduhin ko, makikita ba na I am working sa different state vs sa kasunduan na I should work and stay sa ACT?

ilang months kayo nag stay sa Canberra? May cases kasi na pag more than 3 months kana stay state at wala ka pa din work na mahanp e inaallow nmn nila na lumipat ka. May mga kilala din ako na indi nagstay sa state na nag sponsor sa knila, so far ok nmn sila. It is not encouraged kaso if you have tried hard and stayed sa sponsoring for quite awhile na at wala pa din. Mas maganda na u try na magpaalm if pwede ka lumipat, u can provide proofs ng rejection sa work or attempts ng pag apply mo. Siguro nmn ayaw ka din nila maging burden sa state nila if ever jan ka titira at wala ka tlaga mahanp na work.

@Xiaomau82 nakakuha na ko ng work sa Sydney. Magpapaalam na ko sa Monday sa case officer ko kung pwede na ko lumipat ng ibang state ang prob, less than 2 months lang ako nag stay sa Canberra.. not sure if that's too soon pero I already have 28 rejection letters from Canberra.

i think pde mo ipakita un as proofs na talagang nag try ka nmn jn sa canberra. Lets hope n considerate enough namn sila.

sa state ka dapat magpaalam hindi sa case officer as far as I know, ano advice sayo ng CO?
