Hi necrons, im only familiar with subclass 175. I dont know much about this sub class. But i heard this is the most common visa for people who want to work in australia? Pls correct me if im wrong here.

hi guys... say something about this idea...

this is the visa for those who did not meet the 176 requirements. it has lower points than the 176, visa granted is provisional for 3 years (temporary resident). this visa may be converted to permanant resident after 2 years provided the primary applicant have already worked full time/35 hours per week for at least 1 year; or anytime if a company will sponsor the primary applicant for permanent residency.

Hi. I am a visa 475 holder. actually abot naman points ko sa 176, kaya lang i thought mas mabilis to. too bad, ang dami pala nag-apply ng ganito type lately. i applied for nomination in Northern Inland NSW. Nung na-approve, i applied for this type of visa. I thought at first sa territory na nagnominate sakin lang ako pwede look ng work. But then, nag-inquire ako sa nominating body/DIAC, and they said pwede magwork as long as it is a regional area. List of areas are at this link:

Then if ever makakuha ng work, you just have to inform the nominating state and DIAC of the changes.

am I right Ang work mo dito sa Australia ay hindi Pharmacy? kung kailangan mo ng 1824 hrs kailangan mo talaga mag work sa Pharmacy. I think Madali ka naman makapasok sa Pharmacy dito in Training. Indemand ang Pharmacist dito. Kapag may budget kana magaral kana agad. Flexible naman ang oras kapag pharmacy. kaya makakapag aral ka nyan kailangan mo is sasakyan para madali ka makapunta sa school mo. tyaga ka muna sa una.

its true to be qualified para mataas ang sahod kailangan mag aral ulit related in what profession you are.

hi...good day sa mga fellow forumers..just applying in 475 or state sponsorship and i have already my case officer or c.o and my c.o wrote me requesting another documents and this documents is detailed duty statements of my present employment,how -ever my employer ay hindi nagbibigay ng coe unless the employee will resign and in case na magresign ang ilalagay lang ay generic title hindi yung detailed work description ko...i mean if supervisor ka,ang ilalagay lang ay supervisor lang sa c.o.e....and worse eh..baka pag initan ako with my boss...is there way po ba as a substitute sa hinihingi ng c.o ko...may nabasa ako na hihingi ako ng statutory declaration with certified from lawyers indicating why i cannot submit coe from my employer..?any inputs...?sana makatulong kayo...

@sheep hindi ko sure, kasi ang pagkaalam ko sa satutatory declaration pag wala na talaga ung company or wala ng pagasa na makakuha ka ng COE sa company, like close na ung company. medyo na wiwirdohan lang lang sa current company mo. i don't know a company who only gives COE to resigned employee. Maybe tamad ung HR nyo. have you tried proposing na ikaw na lang ang gagawa ng draft and they will just have to print it with the company's letter head? sakin kasi ganun gagawin ko. so far mabait naman ung mga previous employers ko. and kahit bago na nakaupo sa HR, willing sila to help me.

@aolee and @sheep. Tama po, hindi dapat ganun. Kasi sabihin mo, paano kung magloan ka sa bank, so hindi ka nila pwede bigyan ng CoE? Kailangan mo muna magresign bago ka maka-loan? Haha. Anyway, ako sa current employer ko sinubukan ko lang ano reaction nila kapag kumuha ako ng CoE sa kanila. Tinanong nila ako para saan, sabi ko una confidential.

) Sabi nila to be frank wala sa kanila yun kung saan ko gagamitin, important lang meron purpose/reason. So sinabi ko migration visa purposes. Ayun ginawan ako nilagay nila sa purpose is Migration.

Karamihan naman po kasi madali kausap. Mas maganda nga sana if un HR ilalagay for whatever legal purpose.

hmm.actually pag loan nagbibigay sila but lastyear ng humingi ako for assesment in Engrs Australia hindi pinirmahan ng manager namin at marami pang sinasabi pero our hr is very helpful naman sa akin..previous experience kasi nila pag may humingi aside from loan or sasabihin na for personal reason yun sasabihin ng manager na magresign ka muna bago magbigay ng coe kasi alam nila na magtransfer sa ibang company especially sa kin na medyo mahirapan kaagad silang maghanap ng kapalit ko kasi medyo alam ko na lahat ang system sa company namin....cguro naninigurado rin sila..nakakinis pero i tried to control my temper kasi mahirap na.....last stage na ako ng application ko...

Medyo di lang malinaw yung sponsorship process ng 457. So may point system din siya at occupation list...paano ka kukuha ng regional sponsorship? Kasama ba yung sa lodging o kailangan may magssponsor na sayo muna?

@ LokiJr: Pag visa 475, need ng sponsorship muna before you lodge your visa application. Problem minsan is need ng nominating body na magforward din ng related documents to DIAC so need ng constant follow-up pag minsan di nila naforward sa DIAC ang relevant documents.

@ Olive_Oyl: I asked the same question nung akala ko wala ako mahahanap na work sa region na nagnominate sakin. I asked DIAC and yung nagnominate sakin. And the answer is YES. There is a list of regional postcodes sa DIAC website. so when i am doing my applications, i always check the postcode first. And pag nakahanap ka ng job sa place na di covered ng nomiation, you just have to inform DIAC and your nominating state about the update.

By the way, I already have a company to have my pharmacy training. I am now working as a pharmacy trainee in Chemist Warehouse - Tamworth. I started last 27th of April. But the number of my training hours just started to be counted around 3rd/4th week of June due to registrations needed with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency. Then I also enrolled with Australian Pharmaceutical Society. They have this National Internship Training Program. It's more of online education portal with several sessions. What's good is that there is a process i need to follow in everything kaya medyo guided sa mga need to gawin to have my registration here in Oz.

i am planning to apply for visa 475, u mean need ko muna ng sure na employer before i can lodge my application? or kung nsa SOL nman current occupation ko sa region na aapplayan ko pde ba na wala pang employer upon lodging my application? @jjm In my opinion I believe that the first step is skills assessment before IELTS. IELTS is not required in skills assessment. See my timeline of what I did. Read at http://www.aim.com.au/migration/default.html for all the requirements, tiyaga lang talaga magbasa at magasikaso ng papers or pay a migration agent.
