We have a room for rent in Ashfield available starting Nov2 - 1st week of December. Our unit is 2minutes walk to the station, 15-20 minutes to the city by train. Very close to all shops, we also have 2 Filipino shops nearby.

Rent is $180/pw for single and $220/pw for couples. This include bills and unlimited wifi internet, you're also allowed to use our stuff in the common area. Double bed is provided, with study and built in wardrobe. YOu'll be sharing the place with two other filipinos

Perfect for tourists, and for those who need temporary accommodation upon arrival, but is still available for anyone.
